Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer concerning the isolation and loneliness you have felt as an African American who has felt separated from the black community and who now senses God leading you toward other communities to share the gospel.
We have continued to bring you before the Lord and we have asked Him to comfort you in the feelings of rejection and loneliness while also confirming your steps as you seek to be obedient to wherever He calls you. We pray that He will give you deep assurance that you are fully seen and valued by Him and that your identity and belonging are rooted first in Christ. We take comfort in Psalm 27:10 and in Heb 13:5 where we are reminded that though we may feel forsaken by others the Lord will never leave us nor forsake us. We also thank God for your willing heart to go where He sends you to share the gospel, remembering Matt 28:19 that He calls us to make disciples of all nations.
We pray that God will provide you with Godly fellowship and community that will encourage you, that He will heal any wounds of rejection, that He will give you joy and clarity in your calling, and that He will open doors for fruitful gospel conversations in the communities where He is placing you.
