Thank you for sharing this honest request and for the desire to turn away from manipulation, control and self centered ways. God sees that willingness to renounce what is wrong and He honors a heart that wants to walk in truth.
Scripture makes it clear that we do not have control in ourselves. Real change comes when we recognize that Jesus is the one who is in control and we choose to will to obey His command. Like the man who was told to stretch out his hand, he could have stayed focused on his own weakness and inability, but he chose to respond to what Jesus said and to act in obedience. That same choice is before you each day, to turn from old patterns of trying to manage and manipulate others and to submit your will to Christ, trusting His power to work in you.
Loneliness is painful and God understands the depth of it. He is the one who heals the heart and fills what feels empty. He does not leave you alone in that struggle, and He can bring wholeness as you walk closely with Him, learning to find your security and identity in Him rather than in controlling others or being dependent in unhealthy ways.
Your prayer for a wife who loves Jesus Christ reflects God's own design for marriage. From the beginning Scripture shows that marriage is two becoming one, a profound unity where two lives are joined together as one flesh. Heal the deep loneliness inside and teach how to walk in dependence on You. Fill this life with Your presence and with godly fellowship. If it is Your will, in Your timing provide a wife who loves Jesus Christ with all her heart, a woman who walks faithfully with You, so that a marriage may be built on Your Word as one man and one woman in lifelong covenant for Your glory. Give strength to wait well, to live purely and to obey You day by day. We ask this in the name of Jesus, trusting that You are in control and that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun. Amen.
