Addiction

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for sharing your struggle with addiction to pornography. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for deliverance and wholeness. We have been lifting you up before the Lord asking Him to grant you strength to overcome temptation to renew your mind and to bring healing to any shame or guilt you have carried. We know this is a battle that can feel isolating and overwhelming but we want you to know that you are not alone and that God offers grace and freedom to all who seek Him. We have prayed that God will provide a way of escape in every temptation as promised in 1 Cor 10:13 and that He will create in you a clean heart and renew a right spirit within you as in Psalm 51:10 and that He will help you to flee from sexual immorality and walk in purity as taught in 1 Cor 6:18. We ask the Lord to surround you with godly encouragement and accountability and to restore your joy and peace.

We know this is a difficult and often isolating battle, and we have been lifting you up before the Lord asking for His deliverance, healing and strength.

We have been praying that God will give you freedom and victory through His son Jesus Christ, that He will renew your mind and create in you a pure heart as promised in Psalm 51:10, and that He will provide a way of escape from every temptation as He promises in 1 Cor 10:13. We pray that He will help you to flee from sexual immorality as taught in 1 Cor 6:18 and to walk in the freedom and forgiveness that is found in Christ where there is no condemnation for those who are in Him according to Rom 8:1.
