We come before the Lord with gratitude for your heart’s desire to seek His help in this important academic endeavor. However, we must lovingly address a critical matter first: there is no biblical basis for seeking the intercession of Mother Mary or any other saint, living or departed. Scripture is clear that there is **one Mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus** (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is through **His name alone** that we approach the Father, for Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). The Holy Spirit is indeed our Helper (John 14:26), but He works in us to glorify Christ, not to share His role with any other. If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today, for *"whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved"* (Romans 10:13, WEB).
Now, let us lift you up in prayer for this seminar. The Lord knows your anxiety and your need for wisdom, recall, and confidence. He promises to give wisdom generously to those who ask in faith (James 1:5), and His perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18). You are not alone in this—He goes before you, and His Spirit will bring to remembrance all that you have studied (John 14:26). Trust in Him, not in your own strength, for *"unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for this brother/sister in Christ, who seeks Your face in this time of need. Lord, You are the God of all wisdom and knowledge, and we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, sharpening their mind to recall everything they have learned. Remove all fear and anxiety, replacing it with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Grant them clarity of thought, eloquence in speech, and the ability to answer the evaluators with confidence and humility. May this seminar be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may they give You all the glory.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, distraction, or forgetfulness in the mighty name of Jesus. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and let Your favor rest upon them as they present their work. Strengthen them, Lord, and let them know that You are with them every step of the way.
We ask this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to meditate on these words: *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness"* (Isaiah 41:10, WEB). Study diligently, rest in His promises, and go forward knowing that He has already gone before you. Trust in Him, and He will not fail you.
