I have a friend who is in a marriage where she is verbally abused and controlled by an alcoholic husband. I think at times she is physcially abused as well. I sometimes fear for her life and worry so much for her and her beautiful children. They have been together since they were very young and it wasn't always this way so it is hard for her to leave. I ask that you pray that the Lord will work in his heart and help him to overcome his addiction and become the man he once was. I ask that you pray that the Lord will watch over her and keep her safe and fill her heart with peace and strength. I pray the the Lord will bind the devil in this marriage and restore it. Lord, in Jesus' name I ask that you protect her. Amen.
