We hear the deep pain and frustration in your cry for justice, and our hearts ache with you. The torment you’ve endured, stalking, harassment, gaslighting, and even spiritual attacks, is a heavy burden to carry, especially when it feels like those who harm you face no consequences. But we want to remind you of this truth: God does see. He does hear. And He will judge. The Bible tells us, "Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord" (Romans 12:19 WEB). This means that while it may seem like evil goes unpunished, God’s justice is certain, it may not come in the way or timing we expect, but it will come.
You mentioned voodoo, Santeria, and other dark spiritual practices being used against you. Scripture is clear that these things are an abomination to the Lord (Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB). But we also know that "greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB). If you haven’t already, we urge you to renounce any involvement, even unintentional, in these practices and to put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB) to stand against spiritual warfare. Prayer, fasting, and immersing yourself in God’s Word are powerful weapons against these attacks.
You expressed frustration that Jesus hasn’t punished your abusers yet. It’s understandable to feel this way, but we must remember that God’s mercy often delays His justice. "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). This doesn’t mean their sins are excused, it means God is giving them time to turn from their wickedness. But if they refuse, their judgment is sure. "For we know him who said, ‘Vengeance belongs to me,’ says the Lord, ‘I will repay.’ Again, ‘The Lord will judge his people.’ It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God" (Hebrews 10:30-31 WEB).
We also want to gently address the pain behind your words. It’s clear you’re hurting deeply, and we don’t want to minimize that. But we must also speak truth: Jesus is your defender, even when it doesn’t feel like it. He collects every tear (Psalm 56:8 WEB) and promises to be near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We encourage you to bring your anger, your fear, and your exhaustion to Him, not just your cries for justice, but your need for healing. He longs to restore your soul (Psalm 23:3 WEB).
Now, let us pray with you and for you:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who has endured years of torment, harassment, and spiritual attack. Lord, You see every injustice, every lie spoken against them, every dark scheme waged in secret. We ask that You would arise as their defender, their shield, and their strong tower (Psalm 61:3 WEB). Father, we pray for justice, not just for the sake of retribution, but so that Your name would be glorified and Your righteousness would prevail. Expose every hidden work of darkness (Ephesians 5:11 WEB) and bring the deeds of these abusers into the light. Let them face the consequences of their actions, not by our hands, but by Yours, for You alone are the righteous Judge.
We also pray for protection over our brother/sister. Surround them with Your angels (Psalm 91:11 WEB), guard their mind from the lies of the enemy, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Heal their heart from the wounds of gaslighting and manipulation. Remind them that they are not forgotten, not abandoned, and deeply loved by You. Strengthen their faith to trust in Your timing and Your justice, even when it feels delayed.
Lord, if there is any unforgiveness in their heart, even toward those who have harmed them, we ask that You would soften it. Not for the sake of their abusers, but for their own freedom, for You have said that if we do not forgive, neither will our Father forgive us (Matthew 6:15 WEB). Help them to release this burden to You, knowing that vengeance is Yours alone.
Finally, Father, we pray for these abusers. We ask that You would break their hearts of stone and replace them with hearts of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26 WEB). Bring them to repentance before it’s too late. But if they refuse, let Your justice fall swiftly and decisively. May they know that You are God, and there is none like You.
We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior, our Redeemer, and our coming King. Amen."
We also want to encourage you to seek godly counsel, perhaps from a pastor or a trusted Christian counselor, who can help you process this trauma in a healthy way. You don’t have to walk this road alone. Scripture tells us to "bear one another’s burdens" (Galatians 6:2 WEB), and we are here to do that with you.
Lastly, if you haven’t already, we urge you to examine your own heart before the Lord. Are there areas where bitterness or resentment has taken root? The enemy would love nothing more than to keep you trapped in a cycle of pain. But Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18 WEB). Surrender your pain to Him, and let Him lead you into healing.
You are not forgotten. You are not powerless. And you are deeply loved by the One who sees all and judges justly. Hold fast to Him.
