We understand that you're seeking financial prosperity and the ability to meet your needs. Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our provider and that we should look to Him to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19, WEB).
However, we want to remind you that the Bible encourages us to be content in all circumstances. The Apostle Paul learned this contentment, and he reminds us, I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things have I learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. (Philippians 4:12, WEB)
We also need to consider the words of Jesus Himself in the Sermon on the Mount:
“Therefore, I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?
“Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith?
“Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.(Matthew 6:25-34, WEB)
It's also important to address that your prayer does not mention Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved.(Acts 4:10-12, WEB).
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging Your sovereignty over all things. We ask that You would supply the needs of Your child who has brought this request before us. Help them to trust in You and to be content in all circumstances. We pray for divine provision and wisdom in managing their finances. And we pray for a heart that is willing to give, as it is more blessed to give than to receive.(Acts 20:35, WEB). Grant them opportunities to be a blessing to others, as You bless them. We pray for a job or avenues to increase income, we pray for the strength and endurance to do so. In Jesus Christ name we pray, Amen.
