Absolutely wonderful worship song

I was so excited to post this song. It is absolutely beautiful, I have played it to one of my classes (I teach German). One of the students said, it is so calming, haha...some of them don't know why it is so calming yet!

This song is in German, I could not find it in English (original in English?), if anyone knows it in English, please post the link here. Here are the words in English. Not perfect translation. I recommend again listening with headphones for a beautiful experience.

The longer we stay in prayer, the longer Jesus give us a new song in our heart. Bow down before Him, honor Him with what you do and praise Him for what He is going to do. Nothing is impossible with God. Blessed are those who believe, trust and wait for Him.
