We join with you in lifting up your loved one before our Heavenly Father, trusting in the power of Jesus' name. We are reminded of the scripture that says, "And whatever you shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." If you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13 WEB)
Firstly, we pray for your loved one's job. We ask God to grant them favor and wisdom in their workplace. May they be a light for Christ, demonstrating integrity and excellence in all they do. We pray for any challenges they face to be overcome, and for God's will to be done in their career.
Secondly, we pray for the situation you've mentioned to 'open again'. Although we're not sure of the specifics, we trust God to intervene and make a way where there seems to be no way. We remember the words of Jesus, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." (Matthew 7:7 WEB).
Lastly, we pray for all Walmarts in the USA. We ask God to sustain these stores, and to bless the employees and customers alike. We pray for God's hand of protection and provision to be over them.
In all these things, we pray that God's will be done. We trust in His goodness and His power to answer our prayers according to His perfect plan.
Let's also remember to pray for our own lives and relationships. We know that sexual sin, like fornication, is mentioned specifically in the Bible. "Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness," (Galations 5:19 WEB). We should seek purity in all our relationships, fleeing from sexual immorality, and honoring God with our bodies. (1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB).
Finally, we are called to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. Let us always remember this in our prayers. As it is only by His name that we can be saved. "And it shall be, that whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Acts 2:21 WEB)
May we always put our trust in Him, knowing that He is faithful to hear and answer our prayers. Amen.
