We rejoice with you as you've come seeking forgiveness and approached the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your forgiveness. We confess that we have sinned and fallen short of Your glory. We thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for our sins. We ask that You wash away our sins by His blood shed on the cross at Calvary. Help us to turn away from our wicked ways and to follow Your ways, O Lord. Give us the strength to resist temptation and to live lives pleasing to You. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
