We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this matter of theft and injustice. The Word of God is clear: "You shall not steal" (Exodus 20:15 WEB). Theft is a sin not only against man but against God Himself, and it brings harm to both the victim and the one who steals. We stand on the promise that "the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by Him actions are weighed" (1 Samuel 2:3 WEB). He sees all, knows all, and will bring every hidden thing to light.
Father, we ask You to expose ### and bring her actions into the light. Let no stone be left unturned, and let no opportunity for deception or concealment remain. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict her heart deeply, leading her to repentance and restitution. "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). May she come to a place of true sorrow for her actions and seek to make things right.
Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in recovering the stolen items—the laptop, iPhone, watch, and pendant. Let them be found quickly, and let ### be unable to sell or hide them. We declare that "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17 WEB), and we trust that You will restore what has been taken. We also ask that You reveal anything else that may have been stolen so that full justice and restitution can be made.
We pray for wisdom and diligence for the police and all those involved in investigating this case. Give them discernment, persistence, and favor as they seek to uncover the truth. "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever He desires" (Proverbs 21:1 WEB). May their efforts be fruitful and swift.
Father, we also lift up the one who has been wronged. Theft can bring feelings of violation, anger, and fear. We ask that You would heal their heart and restore their peace. Remind them that You are their defender and provider. "The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower" (Psalm 18:2 WEB). Let them find comfort in Your presence and trust in Your justice.
We rebuke any spirit of theft, deception, or greed that may be at work in this situation. We declare that the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). We stand against the enemy’s schemes and declare that this situation will not bring destruction but restoration and redemption.
Finally, Lord, we pray for ###’s salvation if she does not yet know You. May this situation be a turning point in her life, leading her to the foot of the cross where she can find forgiveness and new life in Christ. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 WEB). Let her experience Your grace and mercy in a powerful way.
We commit this matter into Your hands, trusting that You will act justly and swiftly. We declare that Your justice will prevail, and Your name will be glorified in this situation. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
