Servant
Lord thank you for another day. another day full of your grace and mercy and love for your creation. thank you lord for another day of life another opertunity lord and tell you i love you and to worship you. thank you. Lord i am going thru a bad storm right now with things that i am dealing with that i am asking you to move in. this storm has become so fearce and so heavy lord. i really should call it a battle rather then a storm. Ive cried so much since sunday so much that it hurts to cry now. I need you lord to move. I believe you for things i have not spoke to anyone about. But i have strong strong faith that you will. as your word says you are near the broken hearted. Be near me lord i need you. I know your hear with me. Guid me and direct me in all of your ways. Im asking you to help me in this storm i am facing. I believe and i know that you will. in Jesus name amen.

We join with you in thanking the Lord for another day of His grace and mercy and love, and we are so encouraged by your heart of worship even in the midst of this fierce battle. You are right to call it a battle, for we do wrestle not only with circumstances but with spiritual heaviness, yet we do not battle alone. We hear the pain in your words, that you have cried until it hurts to cry, and we want you to know that none of those tears have been unseen by your Father.

The Lord tells us in Psalm 34:18, The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And in Psalm 56:8 we are reminded that You put my tears into your bottle. Aren't they in your book. He is not distant from your storm, He is near, He is counting every tear and He hears every unspoken request you have lifted to Him in faith. We also cling to Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

You asked for guidance and direction, and that is exactly what He promises to give when our hearts are overwhelmed. Psalm 61:2 says, When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I. That Rock is Christ Himself. He is the One who stood up in the boat and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, Peace Be still, and the wind ceased, and there was a great calm, Mark 4:39. The same Lord who calmed the sea can calm this storm and can calm your heart within the storm.

We love that you came before the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and confidence that we are heard. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Your faith that He will move, even for things you have not spoken to anyone else, honors Him. Continue to bring everything to Him in prayer, as Philippians 4:6-7 teaches, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We pray together for you now.

Father, we thank You for this dear one who loves You and worships You even while weeping. Lord, You see this battle, You know the weight that feels so fierce and so heavy, and You know every unspoken burden on this heart. We ask You to draw near in a tangible way and to be the comforter and strength that is needed right now. Wipe away tears, calm fear, and lift this heavy burden. Guide and direct every step, show what to do and what to say, and lead to the Rock that is higher. Speak peace over this storm, Lord, and let Your will be done. Strengthen faith and remind this heart that Your grace is sufficient, for Your power is made perfect in weakness, 2 Corinthians 12:9. Fill this heart with Your peace that passes understanding and with the assurance that You are working even now. We ask all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to stay in His Word daily, keep worshiping as you have been, and keep pouring out your heart to Him honestly. He is with you and He will not let you be overcome. Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7, and trust that He who began a good work will be faithful to carry you through this battle.

Thank you for sharing your heart so honestly with us. Even in the middle of this fierce battle you began with thanksgiving, and that tells us a lot about your love for the Lord.

We hear how heavy these days have been, especially since Sunday, and how the tears have come until it physically hurts to cry. Calling this a battle instead of just a storm makes sense when it feels that relentless and personal. We want you to know we are standing with you in it, and we are grateful you brought those unspoken burdens to God even before sharing them with anyone else. That quiet trust matters.

When the weight has been this intense for several days, it can help to give yourself some simple care as you keep praying. Make sure you are drinking water, getting rest when you can, and spending a few unhurried minutes just being still before the Lord without trying to find all the answers at once. If there is one safe person, a pastor or trusted friend, who can know you are walking through a battle right now, consider letting them sit with you so you do not carry it alone.

Father, thank You for this child of Yours who loves You and is asking for Your nearness. Draw close in this battle, bring Your comfort where crying has left soreness, and gently guide each step ahead. Give wisdom, strength for today, and the peace of knowing You are present. In Jesus name, amen.

Your cry has risen from a bruised and weary heart, and the Lord who is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart has heard it. You thank Him for another day of grace and mercy, and even through tears that hurt to shed, you still lift your voice to worship Him. This is a good sign, for it shows that your hope is yet in Him, and that your faith, though tried as by a storm and a battle, still looks to the One who alone can move.

Take comfort, for you are not alone in the vessel. He that believes in Jesus is sailing in the same ship with Him. If the little vessel went down, it must go down with Him also, and therefore you shall not sink. The very power that made the storm is the power to which you have to trust. All the trials and troubles of this mortal life are as much in the hand of the great God as all else, and being in His hand, you need not be afraid of them. He means to leave you in the furnace for a little while because He sees that your dross is being taken away, but if the good metal in you were being injured in the slightest degree, He would lift you out immediately.

Remember also that Jesus will not break the bruised reed nor quench the smoking flax. You feel weak and feeble, and your strength is spent with crying, yet this text is for you. There are some who are strong in their own ideas, but blessed be God, there is a promise to sustain and hold up the weak ones. And there is this solid comfort besides, that there has no trial taken you but such as is common to man, and God will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able. If the Lord appoints for you ten troubles, He will not suffer them to be increased to eleven. When the allotted time has expired, you shall come out of it. The lions could not devour Daniel, and the waves of the sea became the servants of the saints when Jonah was kept three days and three nights.

This is my comfort in my affliction, for Your Word has quickened me. Take a promise and plead it in prayer, and say, Lord, this is Your promise which You have made me to hope upon, fulfill it to me. Your prayers need not be powerful in proportion to their expression. As a mother hears her child in the night not by a loud cry but by a little quick breathing, so the Lord hears the sigh, the tear, the unspoken faith that you have not told to any but to Him. He hears even what you have not spoken, for you believe Him for things you have not uttered.

Therefore trust in the Lord and not in yourself. Of all who are unfit to be trusted, the most unfit is self. Trust in the Lord forever, for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, who suffered being tempted that He might succor them that are tempted. Look to Him, cast all your care upon Him, and ask Him to guide and direct you in all His ways.

We pray for you now, that the God of all comfort would comfort your heart and establish you in every good word and work. May He give you to see that when you sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto you, and may His Word quicken you again, and keep you till the storm has passed. In Jesus name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard, and thank you for sharing it with such honesty. It is a good and right thing that you begin with thanksgiving even while you are weeping, for gratitude in the midst of sorrow shows a faith that looks beyond the present pain to the mercy of God who gives each day as a gift.

You describe this as a storm and then correctly as a battle, and both are true. The pain you feel, crying until it hurts to cry, is real, and the Lord does not overlook it. As you quoted, the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. He is with you now, not far off, and He hears the prayers you have not spoken aloud to any other person.

Scripture teaches that the fiercest part of our struggle is not always what happens around us but what happens within us. Circumstances bring waves, but the storm that overwhelms us often comes from the weariness of the heart. That is why we are called to order our inner life by trusting Christ, so that even when clouds gather, the soul can remain firm. Think of the sky above the clouds. The clouds may cover it and make it look dark for a time, but the sky itself does not change, it remains bright and high above the rain and wind. In the same way, when your soul is anchored in Christ, who is the Sun of Righteousness, you can be steadied even while the winds blow. You can become like a heaven, pure and lifted above what would otherwise drag you down, because you have the Lord Himself dwelling with you.

You also spoke of this as a battle, and that is the right name for it. Our struggle is not only against hard circumstances but against spiritual opposition that seeks to steal our peace and cast us away from hope. The enemy is fierce, and the battle is for heavenly things, for your faith, your hope, and your closeness to God. Therefore do not be surprised at its intensity, but take courage, for Christ has already overcome and He equips you to stand.

In a storm at sea, experienced sailors will throw overboard what is not needed in order to keep the vessel afloat. In your own storm, this means laying your burdens, your fears, and even your unanswered questions upon Christ. Do not hold tightly to what weighs you down. Give what remains, your tears, your faith, your small strength, to Him in prayer and trust, and let Him lighten your heart.

So continue to pray as you have prayed. Ask Him to guide and direct you in all His ways, and He will. Keep your eyes on Christ, remain in His Word, stay close to His people, and order your mind each day to bear all things with contentment in His grace. He will give you a calm that is not dependent on the storm ceasing, but on His presence within it.

We join you in prayer now. Father, thank You for this child of Yours who loves You and worships You even in tears. You see the battle and the heavy storm, You know the things unspoken to anyone else, and You are near. Comfort this broken heart, strengthen faith, grant wisdom and clear direction for each step, and move in power according to Your perfect will. Let Your peace guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
