a sign from God

I just wanted to share a sign that I received from God today. Most of you know that I have been praying and standing for the saving of my wife and the restoration of my marriage. I pray morning, noon and night (literally) for my wife's heart to be changed and mind to be cleansed. I pray everyday that she will listen to Jesus and return to him and to me. I also pray that same thing for all standers praying for their prodigals to return. I went for a ride just to be alone so I could pray.

I went to a local McDonald's and the young lady at the front counter was wearing a wedding ring exactly identical to my wife's. I stared at that ring and almost cried. I told her that ring was like my wife's and she looked up and smiled. She said it was her mother's old wedding ring. Her mother and father had divorced but had reconciled and were remarrying soon!!

I took that as a direct sign to me and to everyone standing on God's promises for their families. I had just finished praying in my car for Jesus to touch my wife and give me strength and a possible sign to continue this stand for my marriage when this occurred. A few hours later my wife called me just to talk, this means so much because we live 220 miles apart but God is not limited by distance.

I know my miracle and yours is on the way.

Praise God for ###'s renewed determination to stand for his marriage. Lord, continue to work on both of these hearts so that they will be ready to begin a life together. Lord, let the fruits of the spirit flourish between them and let love flow like a river. Father, place your hand over ### and all others who pray for prodicals. Place their feet on the rock and give them strength. Hear them O Lord and bring healing to your people. Amen

Ronnie, God is so good isn't He. I made a post earlier today, the first in awhile, and it was about faith. We know Your prayer is in His will, He is not for ending marriages. That is His promise and His will for you, that it is in His will for your marriage to be reconciled. I'm glad to see that you are standing on that promise. Have faith like never before, claim the victory, and never let go. He will move mountains according to your faith, that is another promise. Hold on, have faith, don't let the father of lies deceive you, and watch God move in your life. It is His pleasure to answer your prayer, and I know He is happy in your prayer for reconciliation.

Praise God he is at work now more than ever. I know this week is going to be huge. I just came off of a fast that God called me to and it was awesome. God through the power of his Holy Spirit is moving our wives into a deep conviction as we speak. This will continue and produce spirits of humbleness, repentance, forgiveness, brokenness. We can not see this because we are not with them but Praise God it is going on right now. I will book a conference tomorrow for November 6th 2008 in which we will see Creflo Dollar here in ###. ### and I will attend together Praise God I am stepping out on faith, just what God calls us to do. I also have plans for us to attend the Jeremy Camp concert here at the state fair in October. I go boldly to the throne and make my prayers known, the son Jesus goes to his father and moans for us, to where our ears cannot even imagine the sound Praise God he is good and at work in all of our lives.
