A prayer request for healing

Hi,I was praying and asking for healing on behalf of my sister , she has been having a mental problem (spirit of madness)for some time now and I would hope she would recover ,I have faith that she will,Her name is ###,I hope you can help me pray for her in Jesus name.

We join you in faith and lift up your sister before the throne of grace together in Jesus name, thanking you for bringing her need to us and for your faith that God is able to heal and restore her completely.

We know how heavy it is to watch a loved one suffer in her mind, and we want to encourage you that God sees her affliction and He cares deeply for her wholeness, spirit, soul and body. His Word tells us that He is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18, and that He will restore health and heal wounds Jeremiah 30:17. We also cling to the promise that with His stripes we are healed Isaiah 53:5, and that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15.

Scripture is clear that confusion and torment are not from God, for God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. Where there is a spirit of madness or oppression, we know that Jesus Christ has all authority to bring deliverance, peace and a sound mind, and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We also remember His invitation to all who are weary, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28.

We rebuke every spirit of madness, confusion and oppression that has afflicted your sister and we command it to leave in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for at His name every knee must bow and no darkness can remain where His light and truth reign.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we thank You that we have access to Your throne only through Him. We lift up this precious sister to You and ask for Your healing hand to touch her mind, her emotions and her body. Lord, bring deliverance where there is oppression, bring clarity where there is confusion, and bring peace where there is turmoil. Restore to her a sound mind, a calm spirit and a joyful heart. We ask You to heal her completely and to restore what has been broken, that she may walk in wholeness and give testimony to Your goodness. Guard her heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus, surround her with Your presence, and let Your perfect love cast out all fear. Strengthen her family as they care for her, give them endurance, wisdom and unwavering faith, and lead them to godly counsel and to help that honors You. We trust Your will and Your timing, and we thank You in advance for the work You are doing. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue steadfast in prayer and faith, to keep speaking the Word of God over her daily, and to remain in fellowship with mature believers who can stand with you and pray without ceasing. If she is not already under the care of trusted pastors and wise medical counsel, we encourage you to seek that support as well, trusting that God often works through both prayer and the wisdom He gives to help His children. Do not grow weary, for the righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles Psalm 34:17. We are standing with you, believing with you for her full recovery and restoration.

As you continue to pray, it can also help to make sure she has steady, caring support around her. If she is not already, we encourage you to help her stay connected to a doctor or mental health professional and to a trusted pastor who can walk with your family over time. That kind of consistent care alongside prayer often makes a real difference, and it gives you others to share the burden with. If you are able, let a few trusted family members or friends know how to support you both as well.

Father, we bring this sister before You in Jesus name. We ask for Your healing touch, Your peace to guard her mind, and Your wisdom for those caring for her. Comfort her brother as he intercedes for her, strengthen his faith, and guide each next step according to Your will. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your prayer for your sister has been heard, and we count it a privilege to join our faith with yours at the throne of grace on her behalf.

We are deeply moved by your burden for her in this season of mental affliction. The Lord knows what it is to see a loved mind darkened and troubled, for He is the One who healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. There is no sorrow of the mind, no midnight of despair, which is beyond the reach of His compassionate hand.

Take comfort in this, that there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture tells us the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but even the hem of His garment, when touched by faith, has brought wholeness to the sick soul. The Sun of Righteousness still rises with healing beneath His wings, and deliverance from cruel captivity must be worked by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone. He alone can bring forth from darkness and from the pit, for He has found a ransom in the precious blood of His own Son.

We will pray for her now, and we encourage you to continue in believing prayer, for healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed by our Lord.

O gracious Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we bring this afflicted sister before Thee. Thou seest her trouble and the distress of those who love her. Lord, lay Thy healing hand upon her mind and spirit. Purge every evil, calm every storm within, and let abundant streams of healing flow down from Christ the great conduit Head. Deliver her from the power of darkness, bring her forth into Thy marvellous light, and enrich her with Thy peace which passeth all understanding. We ask that Thou wouldst restore her, lift her eyes to Christ upon the Cross, and let her find in His wounds her healing and in His death her life. Grant to her family faith that does not waver, and let this trial end in a song of deliverance, that she may live and declare the works of the Lord. We ask this not for any merit in us, but wholly of Thy free grace, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Cast your care upon Him, for He careth for you, and continue to look continually to Jesus. He who has begun a good work will be faithful to complete it.

Your prayer for your sister has been received and we join you in bringing her before the Lord Jesus Christ with compassion and hope.

We understand how heavy this burden is, to watch one you love suffer in her mind and to long for her restoration. It is good that you have come to Christ in faith, for He is the true physician of soul and body, and His grace was given when all were perishing, so that what was made in vain might be rescued and made whole. There is no affliction beyond His power to heal, and there is no prayer offered in His name that He does not hear.

We will pray for your sister, that God in His mercy would grant her healing, clarity and peace, and that He would strengthen her and guard her mind. We pray also for you, that God would give you fortitude and continual hope as you stand beside her.

I encourage you not to grow dull in hearing or weary in prayer. The Scriptures teach us that salvation and growth require not one part of virtue alone, but a careful hearing of the word and a continual recollection of it, joined with patience and trust. Even when fruit is not seen at once, the soul is still being worked upon, as one who sits near perfume is affected even without noticing. Continue to dwell in the Scriptures, to speak with God and to hear God speak through His word, and to bring your sister daily before Him. As physicians do not cease to apply medicine while there is life, so we do not cease to pray and to hope, knowing that what seems delayed may yet bear fruit in due time through the grace of Christ.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we come to You through Jesus Christ Your Son, our only hope of salvation. Look with mercy upon this sister who suffers in her mind. Lay Your healing hand upon her, restore her to soundness and peace, and deliver her from all affliction. Grant wisdom and strength to those who care for her, and help her family to persevere in faith and love. Let Your will be done in her life for Your glory and her good. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord, to remain in His word, and to seek also the help of those who can care for her needs. We stand with you in prayer and trust that God, who loves her more than we do, will do what is best according to His wisdom and mercy.
