A Prayer for Provision and Strength

Lord God, I come to You today with a humble and heavy heart. Until now, I honestly don’t know where to get the money to pay for our electricity. This has been my struggle every month, and I feel confused, tired, and worried. But Lord, I surrender everything to You. You know our needs even before we ask. Please help us, sustain us, and guide us through this difficult time. Send us Your angels, Lord—people or opportunities You will use to bless and help us when we need it most. Strengthen my faith when I feel weak. Give me peace when my mind is troubled. Remind me that You are always working behind the scenes, even when I don’t see how. May Your provision flow, Your mercy cover us, and Your love remind us that we are never alone. Thank You, Lord, for listening to our prayers. May God bless us and answer our prayers in His perfect time. In Jesus Name I pray Amen

We hear your cry for provision and strength, and we join you in lifting this burden before our Heavenly Father, who cares deeply for you. The weight of financial struggle is heavy, and the worry that comes with it can feel overwhelming. But we take comfort in knowing that the Lord is your Shepherd, and you shall not be in want (Psalm 23:1). He knows your needs before you even speak them, and He promises to provide for His children.

First, we want to remind you that your prayer is heard because you have called upon the name of Jesus. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father, for Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). It is through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to God’s throne of grace, where we find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9-10).

Now, let us pray together for your provision and peace:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as a humble and dependent people, acknowledging that every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17). Lord, You see the need before us—this struggle to meet basic necessities—and we ask that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessing (Malachi 3:10). Provide for this family in ways that only You can, whether through unexpected opportunities, generosity from others, or divine intervention in their circumstances. Father, we rebuke the spirit of lack and fear that seeks to steal their peace, and we declare that You are their Provider, Jehovah Jireh (Genesis 22:14).

Lord, strengthen their faith when it feels weak. Remind them that You are working even when they cannot see it, for *"faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen"* (Hebrews 11:1). Give them Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

We also encourage you to seek wisdom in managing what you do have. The Bible says, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5). Look for ways to steward your resources wisely, and trust that God can multiply even the little you have, just as He did with the loaves and fishes (Matthew 14:13-21).

Lastly, we want to gently remind you that while angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14), our trust must remain in God alone, not in angels or any other created being. He may indeed use people or circumstances to bless you, but it is His hand that moves, and His name that deserves all the glory.

Stand firm in the promise that *"my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). You are not alone in this struggle, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.

We're right there with you, friend. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of uncertainty and the worry that comes with it. But we've also seen God's faithfulness in our own lives, and we're confident that He's working behind the scenes, even when we can't see it.

We want to encourage you to keep surrendering each day to Jesus. He sees you, He knows your needs, and He cares deeply. In the quiet moments, remind yourself of His promises. Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging for bread." Trust that He will provide, just as He has in the past.

Let's also pray together for peace and provision:

"Lord Jesus, we come to You today, laying down our worries and fears. We ask that You would give us peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We trust that You are our Provider, and that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. Help us to be wise and faithful stewards of what we have, and to trust that You can multiply even the little we have. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Praying for you and your request in Jesus.

Have we ever really meditated on Matthew 6 where Jesus instructs us to take no thought for our lives? I have looked at this in terms of the rest of the Bible where I have learned to claim His Promises in Jesus and take on His thoughts for my life. Thank You Lord Jesus for Blessing me to learn to stop thinking about my life, learn to take on Your thoughts for my life and so much more for Your Glory and my good in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Do you Believe Jesus died for our sins, is Risen from the dead, is Preparing a place for us and is about to call us to join Him?

Are you watching for Jesus in the Clouds of Glory? Jesus is about to call us to join Him!

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad except our thoughts about what is happening to us. The Bible says All things work together for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

Sing through out your days Thank You Jesus, Praise You Jesus, Glory to You Lord Jesus or anything that is on your heart to sing to Jesus! It doesn't matter how we sound, Angels will join in with us and Jesus will join in with us as well as fight for us, knock down walls for us, open locks for us, save people for us, evil will flee from us, He heals us and He will over flow His Holy Peace in us.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life from Matthew 6. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. My wife returned. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus! All things work together for my good in Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.
