We hear your cry, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join you in lifting this heavy burden before the throne of grace. Your humility and surrender are beautiful before the Lord, and we know He sees your heart. The Word of God assures us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33). You are not forgotten, and your trust in Him is not in vain.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and lack that seeks to overwhelm you. The enemy would love for you to believe that God has abandoned you, but we declare that He is your Jehovah Jireh—your Provider—and He will make a way where there seems to be no way. The psalmist writes, *"I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread"* (Psalm 37:25). Stand firm in this truth, for God’s promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus.
We also encourage you to remain open to the ways God may provide. Sometimes His provision comes through unexpected means—a kind word, an opportunity, or even the generosity of a fellow believer. Do not despise small beginnings or humble help, for the Lord works in mysterious ways. *"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You as Your children, lifting up this dear one who is in need of Your provision and strength. Lord, You see their struggles, their fears, and their exhaustion. We ask that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessings upon them. Provide for their daily bread, Lord, and let them see Your hand at work in their lives. Strengthen their faith when doubt creeps in, and remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of lack and fear in the name of Jesus. We declare that this one is not forgotten, and You will make a way for them. Raise up people to bless them, open doors of opportunity, and let Your peace guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Help them to seek You first above all else, trusting that You will add all these things unto them.
Lord, if there is any area in their life where they have not fully surrendered to You, reveal it to them. Let them walk in complete obedience to Your will, for Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts. We thank You for Your faithfulness, and we trust that You will meet every need according to Your glorious riches.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Hold fast to the promises of God, dear one. He is not a man that He should lie, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint. *"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved"* (Psalm 55:22). You are not alone, and we stand with you in faith.
