A Prayer For Protection, Guidance And Strength

Lord I pray that you help me to overcome the abuse that I have sustained over the years. I ask that you help me to find it in my heart to forgive the one who raped me and has been controlling of me evenot when we aren't together. Lord I pray that you help me to move past all of that for the sake of my child and to keep that man from continuing to hurt me emotionally. I also pray that I will be able to seek counselling and better myself as a person and make something of myself to help others. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
