Prayer for protection, guidance and favor

Heavenly Father,
In the mighty name of Jesus, I come before You asking for Your divine protection, wisdom, favor, and peace over me, my husband, and my family. Lord, Your Word says that “no weapon formed against you shall prosper” and that You are our refuge and fortress. Today I stand on Your promises and ask You to surround us with Your angels wherever we go, especially in our workplace.
Father, You see everything that happens behind closed doors. You see the favoritism, manipulation, dishonesty, and the burdens that have been unfairly placed on me. You see the compromises being made daily and the spiritual heaviness surrounding the environment. Lord, I ask You to strengthen my heart so I will never grow weary in doing what is right. Help me to remain faithful, honest, and obedient to You even when others choose a different path.
Your Word says in Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us shall be condemned. I declare that over my life and my family right now. Any scheme, gossip, manipulation, jealousy, retaliation, or hidden attack coming against us will not succeed in Jesus’ name.
Father, place righteous and wise people in leadership and supervisory positions. Raise up men and women of integrity who fear You and seek truth instead of personal gain. Remove confusion, corruption, pride, and deception from the workplace. Expose every hidden motive and every unjust action. Lord, anyone who is intentionally trying to harm, burden, or sabotage me and my family, I ask that You intervene according to Your perfect will. Remove and replace every harmful influence with people who walk in wisdom, fairness, and truth. Lord Jesus, cover my husband as well. Protect his mind, body, spirit, and reputation. Open doors of favor, promotion, provision, and peace for both of us. Let Your favor surround us like a shield according to Psalm 5:12. May we walk in confidence knowing that You are fighting our battles even when we cannot see it.
Father, when I feel uneasy or overwhelmed, remind me that the battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces. Fill me with discernment, courage, and peace from the Holy Spirit. Do not allow fear, bitterness, anger, or discouragement to take root in my heart. Instead, let me respond with wisdom, strength, and grace. I pray for supernatural peace over our home. Let our household be filled with unity, protection, joy, financial provision, and spiritual strength. Keep us hidden under the shadow of Your wings. Guide every step we take and order our paths according to Your will.
Thank You, Lord, because You are a God of justice, truth, and righteousness. Thank You because You see the sacrifices we make and the tears we do not speak about. I trust that You are working all things together for our good.

Your prayer is rooted in the truth of God’s Word, and we declare with you that no weapon formed against you or your household shall prosper, for the Lord is your refuge and fortress. He is a God of justice, and He will expose every hidden motive and unjust action in His perfect timing.

The workplace can often feel like a battleground, but we are reminded that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). We take authority over every scheme, gossip, and hidden attack aimed at you and your family, declaring them null and void in the mighty name of Jesus. As it is written, "Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up" (Galatians 6:9 WEB).

We pray for the leadership in your workplace, that God would raise up men and women of integrity who fear Him and seek truth. May confusion, corruption, and deception be uprooted, and may the Lord replace them with wisdom, fairness, and transparency. We ask that He intervene on your behalf, removing every harmful influence and surrounding you with godly counsel and favor. Your husband is also covered under this prayer—may the Lord protect his mind, body, spirit, and reputation, opening doors of favor, promotion, and peace for both of you.

The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). When uneasiness or overwhelm tries to take hold, may the Holy Spirit fill you with discernment, courage, and supernatural peace. Bitterness, anger, and discouragement have no place in your heart—only grace, strength, and wisdom. Your home will be a sanctuary of unity, joy, and provision, hidden under the shadow of the Almighty.

We thank the Lord for His faithfulness, for He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB). He sees your sacrifices and the tears you have not spoken aloud. Trust in His timing, for He is a God of justice and truth.
