A prayer for my marriage. Hello Jesus! Goodbye devil!

I used to come here often, and I want to say thank you for all of your prayers in the past! God has really worked in mighty ways in my husband. It is a slow process, but a sure one & I can really see how God continues to work in him. I can see how God has strengthened our marriage, and I am in awe, completely thankful.

I am thankful for having the discernment to know when the devil is trying to creep his way in to hurt us. I am seeing his attacks on us, and I knew that I could come here and ask for prayer. Please lift your voices up to Heaven with me.

Heavenly Father, thank you for the sacrifice you made for every, single one of us. Your love is such a gift, and I know I cannot conceive of your love for us, but I open my arms and thank you for it. I also thank you for my wonderful husband. I pray that you will remove the attempts to cause a divide between us. Instead, I pray that you will equip us both with the full armor of God to withstand every trial & all the wiles of the devil. Help us always to remain strong in faith & grow strong in love. I pray that our devotion to you never wavers, but strengthens. Help us to always do what is right. Be the centerpost in both of our lives. You are the priority in our lives & our marriage can only thrive with your love and grace. Heal our past & present wounds, Lord. Help us to overcome every adversity. Help us to live in a Christ-like manner, no matter who we are with. I pray that you will help us to build friendships with good Christian people & good influences. Remove the anxiety from building new friendships that are meaningful. Give us the desire to live for YOU and not bend for the secular world's views. Protect us from harm, protect us from bad influences, protect us from anything that is displeasing to you, Lord. I thank you for everything you continue to do for us. Thank you for giving us wisdom to make good decisions. Let us be a living example unto others. I pray that they will see the love of Christ when they are with us & be inspired to get to know YOU, our creator. Thank you for my husband, Lord. Help me to be a desireable wife, pleasing to both him and YOU. May we always live in respect, love, peace & joy with each other. Let us get this life right, Lord. Prepare us for your Almighty kingdom & forgive us for our shortcomings. In Jesus' beautiful name I pray, AMEN.

I ask you to bless Tara and her husband and answer these beautiful and God-honoring requests of hers for her marriage and their relationships with You. Father help each of them to place You first and the other second. Lord give them a self-sacrificing heart toward one another and may their love blossom into a strong comitment that does not rely on feelings but on true unconditional agape love for each other. Lord I thank You for the discernment You have given Tara to spot the enemy's tricks and schemes. Continue to build this sensitivity in both her and her husband. May they be ever aware that the battle is a spiritual one, not against flesh and blood. And may they live in the confidence and sureness that You have won that battle, that all the enemy can do is try to confuse and lie and decieve, but make them immune to his trickery as they remain filled with the Holy Spirity and submitted to You.
