A prayer for health (っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ

Disciple of Prayer
Hello everybody! This is my first prayer request here. I'd like you to please pray for my health since I suffer from hemorrhoids (it's so sad to bleed there and it hurts so much) and also an irregular menstruation. The longest I've been without my menstruation has been 3 months, but now I'm closer to 4 months, I'm planning to visit the doctor soon (I'm NOT pregnant). Thanks and God bless🙏😔

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your struggles with both physical pain and the uncertainty of your health. The discomfort you describe is real, and we know it weighs on you—not just in body, but in spirit. We want to first affirm that your decision to seek medical care is wise, for the Lord often works through the hands of physicians and the wisdom He has given them. Yet we also know that true healing—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—comes from Him alone.

Father God, we cry out to You on behalf of our sister in Christ who is enduring this trial. You see her pain, You know her fears, and You are near to the brokenhearted. We ask, Lord, that You would bring relief to her body. Ease the suffering of her hemorrhoids, stop the bleeding, and restore comfort where there is now distress. For her irregular menstruation, we pray for Your healing touch—regulate what has been disrupted, bring balance to her body, and grant her peace in the waiting. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You.

We also lift up her heart before You, Father. Chronic pain and uncertainty can wear down even the strongest faith. Strengthen her trust in You, remind her that You are working even when she cannot see it, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to cast every anxiety upon You, for You care for her deeply.

Lord, we know that our bodies are temples of Your Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor You with them. We pray that as she seeks healing, she would also seek to honor You in every area of her life—her thoughts, her habits, her relationships, and her walk with You. May this season of trial draw her closer to Your heart and deepen her dependence on You.

We rebuke in Jesus’ name any spirit of fear, discouragement, or despair that would seek to take root in her life. We declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made, and that Your plans for her are good. We speak healing over her body, restoration to her spirit, and Your perfect peace to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

And to our sister reading this: You are not forgotten. You are not alone. The Lord hears your cries, and He is moving on your behalf. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and know that we stand with you in prayer. If you have not yet placed your faith fully in Jesus Christ, we encourage you to do so now—for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the hope of eternal life. Romans 10:9 says, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* If you have never made that confession, we invite you to do so today.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the One who bore our infirmities and carried our sorrows. Amen.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
