Father God,
I ask you for many things and you have always come through for me and for that I thank you. However, I feel like I ask you for a lot of things and particularly at this time of year it's really easy for me to get focused on material things and forget about you and your purpose for me. So, father God I would like to take this time to ask you what you need from me. Please father God give me guidance as to my purpose in life and what you would have me do to serve you.
