A Prayer For A New Week

Lord - we thank you for the gift of life. I want to praise you for allowing me time away from my stressful job to allow my body to heal. And I rejoice in removing evil people from my workplace. I pray that you will open a new door for me in my career. Last week my hopes were built up, then shattered, but I believe the Lord will lead me WHEN and where He wants me to go. Please bring the right people to me and guide my path as I work at home this week.

I also pray for a special friendship to develop this week for us - that we may all spend quality time together to enjoy each other's company, with weekends away filled with plenty of laughter. Please Lord, I ask you to make the first move to develop this friendship as I know it will be one filled with smiles, fun and laughter!

I miss these folk when I don't see them and I ask that you will bring us closer together.

I also pray this week that I will feel close to you, Lord. Amen!

Amazing Grace...thank Your for Your word; for as this child draws closer to You and You are in control of his life, may he be an example of what You can do, what You have in store for us. may he be a blessing in his country, spreading the word of Jesus for You, AMEN!

Lord, I touch Gilly's prayer. I thank you for her testimony and praise. May you bless her in all her comings and goings. May you lead, guide and direct her path. Touch her life and may she feel your presence as she seeks your will. To you be the glory, honor and praise. Amen
