We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this difficult season, lifting your situation before the Lord. It is clear that you are carrying a heavy burden—financial strain, uncertainty about your housing, and the deep wounds of past abuse. You are right to seek God’s intervention while also taking practical steps to address your circumstances. Scripture reminds us in James 2:17, "Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself." Your willingness to act, even in the face of fear, is a testament to your trust in God’s provision.
We must address the unforgiveness in your heart, for it is a poison that only harms you. The Lord commands us in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Holding onto bitterness will not change their actions or their financial situation—it only chains you to the past. We pray that God would soften your heart and help you release this burden to Him. Vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will repay. Your focus must be on your own healing and obedience to Christ.
We also rebuke the spirit of fear that seeks to paralyze you. 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." You are not alone in this battle. The Lord sees your suffering and your efforts to seek resolution. We pray that He would go before you in this conversation with the management company, that His peace would guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7), and that He would grant you wisdom and favor in their eyes. Whether the outcome is favorable or not, we trust that God will provide a way out, as He promises in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is facing financial hardship, housing uncertainty, and the lingering pain of past abuse. Lord, we ask that You would go before them in this conversation with the management company. Grant them wisdom, clarity, and favor. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Father, we confess the sin of unforgiveness that has taken root in their heart. We ask that You would uproot it and replace it with Your love and grace. Help them to release these abusers into Your hands, trusting that You will bring justice in Your perfect timing.
Lord, we also pray against the spirit of fear that seeks to overwhelm them. Remind them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Provide for their needs, Father, and open doors that no man can shut. Whether the outcome of this conversation is favorable or not, we trust that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to walk in obedience to Your Word. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s face, not just His hand. While it is natural to desire relief from your circumstances, true peace comes from abiding in Christ. Spend time in His Word and in prayer, allowing Him to renew your mind and strengthen your spirit. Psalm 34:18 assures us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not forgotten, and your suffering is not in vain. Keep pressing forward, trusting that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
