We understand that you are facing financial difficulties and feeling overwhelmed, but remember, God cares about our needs and He wants us to trust Him. It's important to remember that God is our provider and that we should look to Him in times of need. As it says in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." And also in Matthew 6:25-34, where Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat or what we will wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things and that we should seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to us.
However, we want to encourage you to budget and plan wisely with the money you do have. Consider the words of Proverbs 21:5, "The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty." And also in Proverbs 21:20, "There is precious treasure and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but a foolish man swallows it up." Make a list of all your debts and expenses, prioritize them, and start paying them off one by one. Be patient, as this will take time.
We also want to remind you to trust God in this process. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." And also in Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:"
Let's pray together:
"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need of provision. We ask that You would provide for their needs, help them to manage their finances wisely, and give them peace in this time of stress. We also pray that they would seek You first, trusting in You to supply their needs. Give them wisdom and discernment as they prioritize their debts and expenses. We also pray that they would come to know You more deeply through this trial, and that You would be glorified in their life. We ask this all in Jesus Christ name. Amen."
