A life in God's hands

Dear Daddy,

I am so thankful that You have given me the chance to rescue, rehome, and revive so many animals. I am so thankful that You have always placed me in the right places at the right times, and You have made my heart grow by caring for Your creatures. I am so thankful that You have given me Lilly... even if I may not have her for much longer or forever. She is the sweetest puppy, and I have never felt a bond so strong with another dog. I love all of my animals, but she is like my newborn baby. I can't lose her. She is so weak. The vet can't help her anymore. I've been praying and praying, and I know she is healing by Your grace and by Your hands, but I am so afraid that she could still have that 50/50% chance of living or dying. Vets aren't you, God. Doctors aren't you, God. I know You know what is wrong with her. You know everything. Please, heal her. I can't lose her. I can't wake up one morning to her lying breathless next to me. I can't watch her collapse and her heart stop. I know that You have her doggy life planned out, but please let her life be long and let it be with me. I don't care if I have to spend 24/7 watching her. I love her so much. She has become a part of my family. She is too young and sweet to die. She's just 7 weeks old, and she seems as if she is healing, but I won't stop praying. I, also, won't stop thanking You for every day that she gets better. Please, let this be a forever thing, Lord. Please, let her keep eating and thriving, Daddy. I love You so much. She is in Your hands. I am powerless, but You are the Almighty. I know I said that I would never want a labrador because of how much they shed and how big they get, but I would love to spend every night sleepless and cleaning up after her until she is healed by Your hands. I will love her each and every day. I just want her to live and be okay. I need You, Daddy.

Also, please help everyone who has posted on this website. Please, answer their prayers. I don't understand how You do so much, Lord. I only wish to be as giving and as merciless as You. Help us all, Lord. Help Lilly. Please wrap your arms around Lilly and I tonight. Keep her healthy and warm, and keep me from weeping.
