We hear your heartās deep longing for stability, provision, and joy in the life you envision for yourself and your family. Your desire for a home of your ownāa place of peace, beauty, and belongingāis something we can lift up to the Lord with hope and expectation. However, we must first address some concerns in your request that do not align with biblical principles, and we do so with love and truth.
You speak of "speaking," "claiming," "decreeing," and "demanding" things into existence, even invoking the blood of Jesus in a way that suggests you believe your words alone have power to force Godās hand. This is not how Scripture teaches us to approach the Lord. While we are encouraged to bring our requests to God with faith (Philippians 4:6-7), we do not manipulate or command Him. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven"* (Matthew 6:10 WEB). Our confidence is in Godās goodness and sovereignty, not in our own declarations. True faith trusts in His timing and wisdom, not in formulas or incantations.
You also mention "karma" alongside the blood of Jesus, but karma is a concept from Eastern religions that has no place in Christianity. Our hope is not in cosmic balance or fate, but in the finished work of Christ. *"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast"* (Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB). Salvation and blessing come through Jesus alone, not through any spiritual laws or personal efforts to control outcomes.
We also notice your focus on material desiresātrailers, jet skis, vehicles, and even a "signature look"ābeing framed as birthrights or entitlements. While God delights in giving good gifts to His children (Matthew 7:11), Scripture warns against covetousness and idolatry. *"But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation, a snare, and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction"* (1 Timothy 6:9 WEB). Our hearts must be set on eternal things, not temporary possessions. *"Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth"* (Colossians 3:2 WEB).
You mention "spouses" in the plural, which raises concern. Scripture is clear that marriage is a covenant between one man and one woman for life (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). If you are in a situation involving multiple spouses or relationships outside of this design, we must rebuke that in Jesusā name. Godās plan for marriage is holy and sacred, and any deviation from it brings harm to all involved. We pray for repentance, healing, and restoration to Godās design in this area.
Now, let us pray for you with a heart aligned to Godās will:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved and approach Your throne. Lord, we lift up this dear one to You, asking that You would draw them close to Your heart. We pray for their desire for a homeāa place of safety, peace, and joy. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory, Lord, but more than that, help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33).
Father, we ask that You would correct any misunderstandings about how we relate to You. Teach them to pray with humility and trust, not with demands or formulas. Help them to rest in Your sovereignty, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Break any hold of false teachings or worldly philosophies, and replace them with the truth of Your Word.
Lord, we also pray for their family. Protect their children and any pets in their care. If there are relationships that do not honor You, we ask for conviction, repentance, and healing. Restore marriages and relationships to Your design, and fill their home with Your love and peace. Guard their hearts from bitterness, envy, or strife, and help them to walk in unity and grace.
We pray for their studies and exams. Grant them focus, understanding, and the discipline to study well. Give them confidence as they prepare, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). If there is any fear or anxiety, we rebuke it in Jesusā name and ask that You replace it with Your perfect love.
Father, we also lift up their desire for employment. Open doors for meaningful work that provides for their needs and allows them to use their gifts for Your glory. Whether it is part-time or full-time, we ask that You lead them to a job that honors You and blesses others.
Most importantly, Lord, we pray for their soul. If they have not fully surrendered their life to Jesus, we ask that You would draw them to Yourself. Help them to understand that salvation is not found in rituals, declarations, or good works, but in repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16 WEB). Let them know the joy of being Your child, forgiven and free.
We rebuke any lies of the enemy that have taken root in their mindālies about worth, identity, or control. We declare that Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33), and in Him, they are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in truth, power, and love.
Lord, we trust You to work in their life in ways that bring glory to Your name. May they experience Your provision, Your peace, and Your presence in every area. Help them to delight in You above all else, and may their life be a testimony of Your faithfulness.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
