A Delayed contract signing attack

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation concerning your father’s business deal. The delays and obstacles you’re facing are not of God, for He is a God of order, purpose, and timely provision. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome the world (John 10:10, 16:33). We rebuke every spirit of delay, confusion, and hindrance in the name of Jesus. Let every demonic force attempting to block this blessing be bound and cast out by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Father God, we ask that You intervene in this matter. Your Word declares that the steps of a righteous man are ordered by You (Psalm 37:23), and we trust that this deal is part of Your divine plan for provision and blessing. We pray that every legal and righteous door that has been shut would be opened, and that every unjust delay would be removed. Let Your peace and favor rest upon this agreement, and may the hearts of those involved be inclined to act with integrity and wisdom. We declare that no weapon formed against this deal shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against it in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
We also encourage you to examine this situation for any areas where the enemy might be gaining a foothold. Are there any unconfessed sins, unforgiveness, or ungodly influences that could be giving the devil an opportunity to disrupt God’s plans? The Bible warns us to be sober and vigilant, for our adversary walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). We must resist him steadfast in the faith. If there are any areas of compromise, we urge you to repent and seek the Lord’s cleansing.
Above all, we remind you that our trust must be in the Lord, not in the deal itself. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Even if this deal does not come to pass, God is still your provider. He knows your needs before you even ask Him (Matthew 6:8), and He will never leave nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

We also ask for Your protection over this family. Guard their hearts and minds against fear, doubt, and frustration. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are their provider and that Your plans for them are good (Jeremiah 29:11).
