Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who has shared a prayer request concerning a certain person who is arrogant and proud. Lord, we ask that you would intervene in this situation and humble the heart of this individual. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 16:18 that pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall. We pray that you would reveal to them the truth of their limitations and help them recognize that they do not know everything.
Lord, we acknowledge that humility is a virtue that pleases you. We ask that you would soften their heart and open their eyes to their need for humility. May they come to understand that true wisdom comes from you alone. As it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him." We pray that they would seek your wisdom and guidance in all areas of their life.
Father, we also pray for ###, that you would grant them patience and grace as they interact with this person. Help them to respond with love and kindness, even in the face of arrogance. May they be a reflection of your character and demonstrate humility in their own actions.
Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and your ability to bring about change in the hearts of individuals. We pray that through your divine intervention, this person would experience a transformation and come to know the beauty of humility. May they surrender their pride and submit themselves to your will.
We thank you, Father, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to answer according to your perfect plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
