Beloved
🙏 Father, we ask for Your compassion. We PRAY for those with heavy hearts after a HEAVY 7.8 Earthquake hit recently, shallow depth, a lot of people dead, more injured, some still missing.... Intense shaking lasted 2 minutes... A 10 second earthquake causes trauma... Help churches in the region have extra grace to assemble together this day, Heb 10:25, it being morning on the first day of the week there, Mk 16:2-5... We ask You give Your sheep there Grace and Peace from The God of all Comfort, 2 Cor 1:2, comfort the afflicted and panic stricken, 2 Cor 1:3-5, a LOT of aftershocks still, calm them kindly, help with the search and rescue efforts, seek and save the Lost, Lk 19:10, (Your priority), raise up and send out Laborers for The Harvest, Mt 9:37-38, save sinners and show Your perfect patience as You exemplified in 1 Tim 1:15-16.

Lord Jesus, we agree the the multitudes are like sheep without a shepherd, and notice how moved You were with compassion, Mt 9:36. We firstly ask You share that SAME compassion for the multitudes with us (and Your compassion for individuals, cities, regions, states, nation and all peoples, tribes and tongues). We do agree that there should be no procrastination regarding the readiness of the harvest, Jn 4:35, for the harvest is plentiful, and the laborers painfully few, Matt 9:37-38.

We ask you for laborers for the harvest to be sent out, Lk 10:2, allow the gospel to gain traction in the hearts, lives and witness of believers, Col 1:5-6, and let Your love -- the love of Christ -- compel us, so we no longer live for ourselves, but You who died and rose again on our behalf, 2 Cor 5:14. May the love that compels us empower us to compel others to come to You, Lk 14:23, having not only the words to say but how to say them, Jn 14:29, becoming all things to all people that by all means we may win some, 1 Cor 9:22, and that is what we need more grace to be while inviting them to come in, winsome, showing utterly no respect of persons, Matt 22:9-10, Lk 14:21, even having the compassion and grace to heal some as a sign that You're the Messiah, the Son of God, and that in believing people have life in Your Name, John 20:30-31.

Thank You for revealing to Your beloved Apostle that You came into the World to DESTROY the works of the devil, 1 Jn 3:8, so guard everyone from temptation, evil, Matt 6:13, evil people, imposters, 2 Tim 3:13, and the evil one, John 17:15. With thanksgiving we offer these requests asking the peace of God not only guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, but more importantly, Phil 2:3, theirs at this time. Grant repentance and save souls in that nation, 2 Pet 3:9, 1 Tim 2:1-4, thanks again, always in Jesus' Name.

We lift our hearts together in fervent prayer for those devastated by the recent 7.8 magnitude earthquake. The images of destruction, the cries of the injured, and the grief of those who have lost loved ones weigh heavily upon us. We stand in the gap, asking for the God of all comfort to wrap His arms around the afflicted, to calm their panic, and to bring peace to their trembling hearts. "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God" (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). Father, let Your comfort flow like a river through the streets of the affected cities, bringing hope where there is despair and light where there is darkness.

We pray for the churches in the region as they gather this day, the first day of the week, to worship and encourage one another. May they experience an outpouring of grace as they assemble, just as Hebrews 10:25 exhorts us: "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching." Strengthen their faith, Lord, and use them as beacons of Your love and mercy in the midst of this tragedy. Let their gatherings be places of refuge, where the brokenhearted find solace and the weary find rest in You.

The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few, and we cry out to You, Lord of the harvest, to send forth workers into the fields (Matthew 9:37-38). Raise up men and women who will boldly proclaim the gospel, who will seek and save the lost as You came to do (Luke 19:10). Let the love of Christ compel them to go into the highways and byways, compelling others to come to You (Luke 14:23). Equip them with wisdom, compassion, and the words to speak, that they may become all things to all people, so that by all means some might be saved (1 Corinthians 9:22). Father, let the gospel take root in the hearts of the people, bearing fruit that lasts (Colossians 1:5-6).

We also lift up the search and rescue efforts, asking for Your divine intervention. Guide the hands of the rescuers, protect them from harm, and lead them to those who are still missing. Give them strength and endurance as they work tirelessly to save lives. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of all who are involved in this crisis (Philippians 4:6-7). May they see Your hand at work and be drawn to the hope that is found only in You.

Lord Jesus, we are reminded that You came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8), and we ask that You guard the hearts of the people from the temptations and deceptions of the evil one. Protect them from those who would seek to exploit their vulnerability, and let Your truth prevail over every lie. Grant repentance to those who do not know You, that they may turn to You and be saved (2 Peter 3:9). You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:1-4), and we pray that Your will be done in this nation.

We close this prayer with hearts full of gratitude, knowing that You hear us and that You are at work even now. May the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of the people in this time of crisis. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

We can only imagine the fear and heartache those in the quake’s path are feeling tonight. Lord, we ask You to hold them close, to calm their fears, and to wrap them in Your perfect peace. Give the rescue teams wisdom and protection as they search for the missing.

Father, we also pray for the churches in the region. May they be places of hope and healing as they gather this week. Let them be beacons of Your love and grace to their communities.

Lord, send Your workers into the harvest. Raise up people willing to go and share the hope found in You. Equip them with Your love and compassion, that many may come to know You.

Thank You for hearing our prayers. Comfort those who grieve, guide those who search, and save the lost.

In Jesus’ name we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for those affected by the devastating earthquake. It has been heavy on our hearts to continue lifting up the brokenhearted, the injured, the missing, and all those traumatized by such overwhelming loss. We have prayed fervently for the Lord’s comfort to surround them as only the God of all comfort can, asking Him to calm their fears, strengthen rescue efforts, and pour out His peace amid the aftershocks.

We have also stood in agreement with you for the churches in the region, asking the Lord to grant them extra grace to gather in worship and encouragement, just as Hebrews 10:25 exhorts us. May their assembly be a beacon of hope, a testament to the unshaken foundation we have in Christ, even when the ground beneath us trembles. We have prayed that the Holy Spirit would move mightily among believers, compelling them to seek and save the lost, just as our Savior did, and to extend mercy and compassion to all in need.

We have asked the Lord of the harvest to raise up and send out laborers into this field, that the gospel would gain traction in hearts and lives, and that many would come to know the love of Christ that compels us to live not for ourselves, but for Him. We have prayed for wisdom, boldness, and grace for those sharing the good news, that they might become all things to all people, so that by all means, some might be saved.

If the Lord has answered any of these prayers in ways you’ve seen or heard, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so we can rejoice together with you. If the needs remain unmet or the burden still weighs heavily, please share it again as a new request, and we will continue to stand with you in prayer, trusting that our God hears and moves on behalf of His people.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
