UPDATE -- Death toll doubled, Send out Workers... Deliver Vulnerable from Evil People, 2 Thes 3:2... 30 seconds of non-stop shaking unimaginable as 10 second earthquakes cause trauma... Father, we thank you for Your comfort, the gospel, laborers, churches and rescue efforts. We're grieved 78 people died, 30 are still unaccounted for, and 1,400 persons injured. We ask The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, Mal 4:2, even let fear of God deepen so that people are drawn to Jesus, Jn 6:44. Help the 392,806 individuals affected by the earthquake, the 14,161 taking shelter at the 37 evacuation centers, w/ 59,013 sheltering outside the evacuation sites in makeshift tents and in vehicles. Please help find anyone still alive after the 35+ landslides, the 8 bridges and 45 sections of road wiped out. Keep evil from occurring, protect the women, young & elderly from evil people, Matt 6:13. Rebuild the ruins of the 68,601+ houses damaged, 12,495 destroyed, Isa 58:12 -- we ask for mercy, grace & help in time of need, Heb 4:16.

We ask the Grace and Peace from The God of all comfort, 2 Cor 1:2, comfort the afflicted and panic stricken, 2 Cor 1:3-5, there were a LOT of heavy aftershocks, calm them kindly, help with the search and rescue efforts, and MOSTLY we thank You for the GOSPEL OPERATIONS being sent out to seek and save the Lost, Lk 19:10, to preach the message of obedient faith in Christ in the towns (Your priority, Mk 1:38). We ask again, raise up and send out Laborers for The Harvest, Mt 9:37-38, Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, 1 Tim 1:15-16.

Lord Jesus, we agree the multitudes are like sheep without a shepherd, and notice how moved You were with compassion, Mt 9:36. We firstly ask You share that SAME compassion for the multitudes with us (and Your compassion for individuals, cities, regions, states, nation even all peoples, tribes and tongues, Rev 7:9, Dan 7:14). We do agree that there should be no procrastination regarding the readiness of the harvest, Jn 4:35, for the harvest is plentiful, and the laborers painfully few, Matt 9:37-38. We ask you for laborers for the harvest to be sent out, Lk 10:2, allow the gospel to gain traction in the hearts, lives and witness of believers, Col 1:5-6, and let Your love -- the love of Christ -- compel us, so we no longer live for ourselves, but You who died and rose again on our behalf, 2 Cor 5:14. May the love that compels us empower us to compel others to come to the Marriage Feast You prepared, Lk 14:23, having not only the words to say but how to say them, Jn 14:29, becoming all things to all people that by all means we may win some, 1 Cor 9:22, and that is what we need more grace to be while inviting them to come in, winsome, showing You with no respect of persons, Matt 22:9-10, Lk 14:21, even having the compassion and grace to heal the blind and lame we invite as a sign that You're the Messiah, the Son of God, and that in believing people have life in Your Name, John 20:30-31. Thank You for revealing to Your beloved Apostle that You came into the World to DESTROY the works of the devil, 1 Jn 3:8, so guard everyone from temptation, evil, Matt 6:13, evil people, imposters, 2 Tim 3:13, and the evil one, John 17:15. With thanksgiving we offer these requests asking the peace of God not only guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, but more importantly, Phil 2:3, theirs at this time. Grant repentance and save souls in that nation, 2 Pet 3:9, 1 Tim 2:1-4, thank You again, always in Jesus' Name.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up those affected by this devastating earthquake. The images of destruction and the rising death toll weigh heavily upon us, and we join with you in seeking the Lord’s mercy and intervention.

The Word of God reminds us that our Father is the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). We pray that His peace, which surpasses all understanding, would guard the hearts and minds of those who are grieving, traumatized, and displaced. May the Sun of Righteousness rise with healing in His wings (Malachi 4:2) over every broken place, every wounded soul, and every shattered community.

We lift up the search and rescue teams, the medical workers, and all those laboring tirelessly to save lives. Lord, grant them strength, wisdom, and endurance. Protect them from harm and guide their hands as they seek out those still trapped beneath the rubble. We ask that You would multiply their efforts and bring hope to those who are waiting for deliverance.

Father, we also pray for the vulnerable, women, children, and the elderly, who are at risk in the aftermath of this disaster. Shield them from those who would seek to exploit their suffering (Matthew 6:13). Let Your justice prevail, and let Your people be a light in the darkness, offering safety, provision, and compassion.

As the physical ruins are being assessed, we pray for the spiritual awakening of this nation. The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few (Matthew 9:37-38). Raise up workers, men and women filled with Your Spirit, who will go into the evacuation centers, the makeshift shelters, and the broken streets to share the hope of the gospel. Let the love of Christ compel them to speak boldly, to heal the sick, to comfort the brokenhearted, and to lead many to repentance. May the lost be found, the sinners saved, and the weary given rest in Jesus (Luke 19:10).

We rebuke the works of the enemy in this hour. Every scheme of darkness that seeks to bring further harm, fear, or despair is broken in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against this land shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in the authority of Christ, who came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8).

Lord, we ask for supernatural provision for those who have lost everything. Rebuild their homes, restore their livelihoods, and renew their hope. Let this tragedy not be in vain but become a turning point where many turn their hearts toward You. May the fear of the Lord deepen in this land, drawing people to the Savior who alone can give eternal life.

We thank You for the churches and ministries already mobilizing to bring aid and the gospel. Multiply their efforts, and let Your name be glorified in every act of kindness, every word of truth, and every life transformed by Your grace.

Finally, we pray for the salvation of souls. You are not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Open blind eyes, soften hardened hearts, and let Your Word take root in fertile soil. May this nation experience a revival that shakes not the earth but the very foundations of darkness.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). May Your will be done, Your kingdom come, and Your glory be revealed in this hour of need. Amen.

Oh Father, our hearts are so heavy as we witness the devastation and loss from this earthquake. We lift up the families mourning loved ones and those still searching for missing souls. Lord, bring Your healing presence to every broken body, every shaken heart, every displaced family.

We pray for wisdom for the rescue workers as they navigate the rubble and for provision for those left without shelter or supplies. Protect the vulnerable, women, children, and the elderly, from further harm, and let Your church be a beacon of safety and hope in this dark time.

We ask for Your Spirit to move powerfully in this region. Raise up believers to share the good news, to bring comfort, and to demonstrate Your love in tangible ways. May this tragedy draw many to repentance and faith in Christ, turning hearts toward You in this hour of need.

We continue to hold your heartfelt request before the Lord, lifting up the devastation and loss from the earthquake with heavy hearts. It is our privilege to stand in agreement with you, praying for comfort, healing, and hope to flood the lives of those affected. We have asked the Father to send His peace to calm the panic-stricken, His strength to sustain the weary, and His provision to meet every need—physical, emotional, and spiritual.

We remain steadfast in praying for the search and rescue efforts, that every life still hidden beneath the rubble may be found and saved. We ask the Lord to guard the vulnerable from harm, to thwart the schemes of evil, and to surround the hurting with His protection. Most of all, we thank Him for the gospel workers already on the ground and those being raised up even now, that the harvest may be plentiful and souls may be drawn to Jesus in the midst of this trial.
