We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is facing such serious health challenges. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who holds every life in Your hands and knows every beat of the heart. We ask for Your divine healing and restoration over , believing that nothing is too hard for You. You declared in Jeremiah 32:27, "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?" We stand on this promise, Lord, and ask that You work a miracle in her body.

We pray specifically for her kidneys, Father. You created every organ and know every cell. We ask that You restore full function to her kidneys so that dialysis will no longer be necessary. Let her body be renewed and strengthened, Lord. We also pray for her blood pressure to stabilize according to Your perfect design, and for her heart to beat strong and steady. If it is Your will, we ask that the pacemaker be a temporary measure, not a permanent one, and that her heart would find its natural rhythm through Your healing touch.

Father, we ask that You strengthen her body so that she may walk out of the hospital and return to her home, just as she desires. You are the God who makes the lame walk and the weak strong. We trust in Your power to do the impossible. We also pray for her spirit, Lord. May she feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let her know that she is never alone, for You are with her always.

We also lift up those who are caring for her, doctors, nurses, and all medical staff. Give them wisdom and discernment as they make decisions regarding her treatment. Guide their hands and minds, Lord, so that they may be instruments of Your healing.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and despair that may be trying to take hold in this situation. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We speak life and healing over , trusting in Your perfect will. If it is Your plan for her to be healed and restored, we ask that You accomplish it for Your glory. If her time on this earth is coming to an end, we pray for a peaceful transition and that she would come to know You as her Lord and Savior if she does not already.

We also want to gently address the mention of an "abundant and blessed" life. While we desire blessings and abundance for all Your children, Lord, we know that true abundance is found in You alone. Jesus said in John 10:10, "I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." This abundance is not necessarily material or physical but is found in a relationship with You. We pray that would experience the fullness of life that comes from knowing You, regardless of her circumstances. Help her to find joy, peace, and contentment in You, even in the midst of trials.

If has not yet placed her faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, we pray that she would do so now. We know that salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We ask that You draw her to Yourself, Lord, and that she would confess with her mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in her heart that You raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). May she experience the hope and assurance that comes from being Your child.

Heavenly Father, we commit into Your loving hands. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May Your will be done in her life, and may Your name be glorified through it all. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We hear the exhaustion and the longing in your words as you watch someone you love fight in the ICU. The slow heartbeat, the dialysis, the pacemaker ahead, it’s a heavy weight, and it’s easy to feel helpless. We’ve seen how prolonged illness can wear down not just the patient but the whole family, making every day feel like a marathon and even small setbacks feel crushing. It’s okay to admit that this is hard.

In these stretches of waiting, one thing that can quietly slip away is the support we need for ourselves. As you pour out your energy at her bedside, we’d gently encourage you to let your church family know exactly what you’re facing, not just with prayer requests, but with practical needs. A meal, someone to sit with you, a quiet hour to rest. The body of Christ is meant to carry burdens like this, and you don’t have to shoulder it alone.

We join you in asking God for her kidneys to revive, for her blood pressure to steady, and for her to walk out of that hospital into her own home. But even in the waiting, we pray you’ll sense God’s nearness and provision in the small mercies of each day.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this dear woman in the ICU. You see her body struggling, her heart, her kidneys, her breath. In your mercy, we ask you to bring healing where doctors have done all they can. Quiet her heartbeat, restore her kidney function, and give her strength to leave that bed and go home whole. Calm the family’s fears and surround them with your peace that passes understanding. We trust her life to you, knowing that you are both able and good. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and in this hour of deep need, look to those leaves that never wither. The slow heartbeat, the surging blood, the failing kidneys, these are not beyond the reach of Him who, in the days of His flesh, entered a humble house and took the fevered hand, lifting up the sick to serve. There is healing power in Jesus Christ, even in the least of His mercies, for the little things about Him are full of virtue. You have cried that dialysis be no longer needed, that those inward organs resume their office, that the blood run steady and calm, and that she rise up and walk forth from the hospital into her own dwelling, her life abundant and blessed. This is no small petition, but it is one that lays hold of the abundance of grace. He is able to heal, though He is not always visibly healing; yet there are seasons of special visitation, days when the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings. Cry mightily for such a season now.

Remember that healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction. When the Lord comes to dwell with His people, He often speaks a double word: “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.” Sickness of body frequently brings the soul to its knees, and there, in the place of utter destitution, when we have nothing to pay, He frankly forgives and makes whole. Do not separate the spiritual from the physical. Trust her into the hands of the heavenly Physician, who knows when to apply the balm and when to use the lance. The very instruments of man, the pacemaker, the dialysis, are but leaves from that eternal tree if sanctified by faith. Yet the Lord is not bound by means; He can work above them, through them, or without them, as He pleases.

You desire for her life to be abundant and blessed. So it shall be, for in Christ’s hospital there is no incurable case. He binds up the broken in heart and pours His own blood into the wound. Recovery may be slow, and each small gain of strength is a fresh claim on your affection. And mark this: healing is meant to lead to service. When He has lifted her up, she shall minister to others with the comfort she herself has received. Let the promises be read at her bedside; let the leaves of Scripture be applied, for they are for the healing of the nations. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Cling to the hem of His garment, for He will strengthen her in the Lord, and she shall walk in His name. Look for the free discharge, when we have nothing to pay, He frankly forgives and restores. Is your own heart breaking under this burden? He heals the broken in heart, too. Cast it all upon Him, for He cares for you both. The Lord make her bed in her sickness, and in His own time say, “Arise, take up your bed, and walk.”

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your love for this suffering one is evident, and you rightly bring her before the Lord of all compassion. Yet even as we plead for her body’s healing, let us take care that the ears of our soul do not grow dull through the loud cries of our present trial. The Healer of both soul and body often permits these afflictions to draw us more closely to His voice, for at the Bridegroom’s voice the true Bride rejoices, and faith comes by hearing the word of God. I do not say that you should cease asking for relief; He who had compassion on the multitudes and gave them bread unasked knows your need.

But seek first that your own heart and hers become good soil, so that the word sown in this storm may bear fruit unto eternal life. Physical remedies have their place, and we pray that, if it is His will, her kidneys resume their work, her blood runs steady, and she returns home to walk in the light of the living. Yet the greater miracle is the meekness and patience that blesses even in suffering, for through such endurance we attract others to the Gospel more than by any marvel. Do not then pray as one commanding the Physician, but as a servant who says, “If Thou wilt, Thou canst make me clean.” Trust that whether her body recovers swiftly or she carries this cross a little longer, He who stands at the door and knocks will not abandon her.

Let your hope be fixed not on the abundance of this life, but on the unfading blessedness of the life to come, where every tear is wiped away. In the meantime, come often to this house of healing, drink deeply of the Spirit’s words, and when you return home write them upon your mind. For the devil cannot bear to see a soul thus occupied, and he will flee. May God grant her recovery according to His mercy, and may you both hear and keep those words that alone can make you truly whole.
