I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of ### and her husband ###. We lift up their situation to you, Lord, knowing that you are the God who can bring transformation and deliverance.
Lord, we pray for ###'s addiction to alcohol. We ask that you would break the chains of this bondage and set him free. Your Word says in Isaiah 61:1, "The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners." We claim this promise over ###'s life, believing that you can release him from the grip of alcoholism.
Father, we also pray for ###'s safety and protection. We ask that you would shield her from any violence or harm caused by ###'s drunkenness. Your Word assures us in Psalm 91:4 that you will cover us with your feathers and under your wings we will find refuge. We ask for your divine protection over ###, keeping her safe from any harm.
Lord, we pray for reconciliation and restoration in their marriage. We ask that you would heal the wounds caused by ###'s actions and bring about a change in his heart. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 19:6 that what you have joined together, let no one separate. We pray for unity and love to be restored in their relationship.
Father, we know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We trust in your power and your love for ### and ###. We ask that you would intervene in their lives, bringing healing, deliverance, and restoration. May they experience the transforming power of your grace and find hope in you.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
