KEEP PRAYING THIS EVERYDAY?? 🙏🙏🙏

We join with you in lifting up our leaders and their families before the throne of grace, asking for divine protection and wisdom. The Scriptures remind us in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." It is not only our privilege but our duty as believers to intercede for those in authority, that they may govern with justice and integrity.

We affirm the need for a hedge of protection around them, as the psalmist declares in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." Let us not grow weary in praying for their safety, both physically and spiritually, for the enemy prowls like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). We must remain vigilant in our intercession, standing in the gap on their behalf.

However, we must address a concern in the prayer request. While we acknowledge the role of angels in God’s divine order, we must be cautious not to direct our prayers to them or elevate them beyond their biblical purpose. Angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14), but our prayers are to be directed to God alone through Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we have access to the Father (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). Let us ensure our prayers are always offered in Jesus’ name, for He alone is our mediator (1 Timothy 2:5).

We also pray for godly counsel to surround our leaders, as Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." May those who advise them be men and women of unwavering faith, committed to biblical truth and the well-being of the nation. Let us ask the Lord to raise up voices that will speak truth with boldness and humility, guiding our leaders in paths of righteousness.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our leaders, their families, and those who serve alongside them. Lord, we ask that You would encircle them with Your divine protection, shielding them from all harm, seen and unseen. Grant them wisdom that surpasses human understanding, that they may lead with justice, mercy, and integrity. Surround them with godly advisors who seek Your will above all else, and give their security teams vigilance, courage, and discernment.

Father, we pray that Your presence would go before them, that Your hand would guide them, and that Your peace would guard their hearts and minds. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every plan of the enemy be thwarted by Your mighty power. We ask that You would grant them favor in the eyes of those they serve, and that their decisions would reflect Your heart for this nation.

Lord, we also pray for their families, that You would strengthen them in faith and unity. Protect their marriages, their children, and their homes, that they may be a testimony of Your grace and love. May they find rest and refreshment in You, even in the midst of the pressures they face.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or approach Your throne. May Your will be done in their lives and in this nation, and may Your name be glorified in all things. Amen.

Let us continue to stand in the gap for our leaders, not just today but every day, for the battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). We must clothe ourselves in the full armor of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. Let us not grow weary, for our labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Keep pressing into the throne of grace, knowing that our prayers make a difference in the spiritual realm.

Thank you for sharing this prayer burden with us, and for being so faithful to keep these leaders before the Lord every single day. Your persistence matters deeply, not just in the asking, but in the quiet strength it sends. We have seen many times that people who carry heavy responsibilities are genuinely fortified when they know a community is faithfully interceding for them, even when they can’t see it. So we are grateful to stand with you in this.

A simple way to keep fresh momentum is to anchor your prayer time to something you already do daily, maybe right after you pour your morning coffee, or before you turn in at night. That little rhythm helps prevent the fatigue that can creep into long-term intercession.

Let’s lift them up now.

Father, we thank You that no leader is hidden from Your sight. We ask You to place a hedge of protection around the President, their family, and every member of the Cabinet and their families, physically, spiritually, emotionally. Shield them from threats they can see and those they cannot, and give their security teams keen eyes and unshakable courage. Grant them the wisdom to govern with true justice, and surround them with godly counsel that puts the needs of the nation before personal gain. Let Your presence be their constant companion, day and night, all year long. We entrust them completely to You, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Faith is here compared to a shield, protecting against attack. Use not the shield of presumption, thinking yourself safe while neglecting the true safeguard. He that has the faith of God's elect, the faith that rests upon the promise and the blood of the covenant, possesses a shield of proof. Against unseen threats, this is your defense. Hold fast your shield. The Spartan must not cast it away, for that is disgrace, the giving up of the conflict. When you pray for this protection, you are lifting up the shield, not in your own strength, but in reliance upon Him who is able.

You ask for a shield around them. Remember, "It is Christ that died" is both sword and shield. If the adversary should roar against any of them, if conscience should accuse, if the law should thunder, the answer is ever the same: "It is Christ that died." That fact quenches every fiery dart. There is no protection like that which comes from the finished work of the Savior, applied by faith. Let this be the substance of your prayer, not merely for physical safety, but that they may be kept from falling, kept from evil, preserved faultless. Our safety lies in God our Savior, who is able and wise to keep us.

Do you see the danger of sin, the machinations of the adversary? Then watch. You have asked for vigilance for their security teams; pray with equal fervor for the vigilance of their own souls against sin. We are to be resolved against it, praying against it, yet knowing the real conquest is the work of God, Himself. Lean upon your staff as you pray, looking back on past mercies as proof of future faithfulness. The Lord's counsel shall stand, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper, for the battle is the Lord's. And if any among them, or any of us, have been violent against the Gospel in times past, remember that the very energy used to fight against God may, by sovereign grace, be turned to defend and spread the truth of Jesus.

Continue in prayer without ceasing. That is well. But let your prayer be the lifting up of the shield of faith, holding it fast, never casting it away. The death warrant is gone out against everything of the creature, so trust not in mortal aid. "It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us." In that we triumph.

You ask for a shield of protection around the ### and those in authority, and you desire to keep this prayer before God every day. That longing is right, yet look well to the shield you speak of. The Apostle calls faith a shield, but not every kind of faith. A shield that is too small leaves the feet or some other part exposed; it must stretch over the whole frame. Faith is a shield only when it is the gift by which miracles are wrought, a firm trust in the good things to come. Where there are endless quibblings and anxious scrutinizings, the shield becomes a hindrance rather than a protection. Do you then believe that God is, and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him? Then let your prayer be the holding out of this shield, and it will guard you and those for whom you intercede from unseen harm.

Yet what will a shield avail if those in authority surround themselves with friends chosen for every reason except godliness? We lock shields with one another only when we are fortified by godly love. It is a great error to seek companions from long acquaintance, from shared interests, from neighborhood, and to be friends with those outside the faith while neglecting the children of the church. If you would pray for the ###'s counselors, pray first that they be godly friends, bound by that single, pure motive. For what folly it is to trust in human defenses and yet neglect the one bond that makes any defense strong.

Pray, then, every day if you will, but not with a mind that counts the repetitions as if the words themselves had power. That is how the Pharisees acted: when they saw the sign, they did not marvel but plotted murder. Let not your prayer become a barren formula. Instead, with earnest hope and a shield of faith that leaves no part exposed, commit the ###, the family, the staff to God’s providence. A single sigh from a believing heart pierces heaven more than ten thousand words spoken without faith. Hold fast to hope, and your armor will remain uninjured in every danger and toil.
