40 Days

Hello All,

it's been 40 days since I had a drink of alcohol. I have been out of rehab for 4 days. The last 4 days have been a little hard because of the loneliness. Many people Have told me that I should get a cat for a companion. I have not much money to buy one. I am very happy the site is back up. YES.. I missed you all very much and I pray for all of you.

I pray that I look forward and not back and to live in the now. It's hard...

I ask that You would lead and guide William. Sustain him, Lord, for he is relying on You. Father, I celebrate the victory granted William. I thank You for Your grace and mercy over him. Please provide William a solution to his loneliness - a new hobby, a pet, a friend - whatever is Your perfect will for William. Please bless this man. He has journeyed far on faith and love. Please bless him now. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Father, thank You for helping William to overcome alcohol. Fill him with Your holy presence and may he find strong Christians to fellowship with : church, small group, prayer groups, etc. May his relationship with You strengthen and encourage him even now, Lord.
