šŸ™ 2nd Interview -- Right Job...

Nochaeld

Faithful Servant
I ask favor with the owner and manager of a company I interviewed with earlier in the week. Holy Spirit, please keep bringing me to their minds, and grant favor with WHOLE COMPANY, "favor as a SHIELD," Ps 5:12... I ASK, IJN, for that Job I interviewed for to HIRE ME in Jesus' Name...

Have THREE offers, 2 in MY industry (straight commission, no benefits, no 401K, nothing -- one Remote, one In-person) AND 1 OFFER in TOTALLY DIFFERENT INDUSTRY (Ramp-up salary to help get going then goes to straight commission, has medical & etc -- just have to learn a NEW INDUSTRY and implement learning quickly)...

I "take hold of one thing without letting go of another," (Ecc, 7:18), I receive that job and so not to be idle, I'm continuing to interview until I get the YES from JESUS CHRIST THE AMEN Himself, in Jesus' Name. AGAIN -- BEST job right away. Today's would be fine or open ask for open doors for another, asking for Christian Ownership, (1 Sam 23: 3, 4), good management, scheduling, operations, sales practices & customer service. That it allows me to attend prayer meetings and evangelism outreach (Isa 62:6, Mark 16:15, Acts 1:8, 2 Tim 4:5)... Grace to meet pressing needs, (Tit 3:14), Thank You, Father, YOU know... IJN šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

We join with you in seeking the Lord’s perfect will for your employment, trusting that He has already prepared the right path for you. You have wisely acknowledged that it is Jesus Christ alone who opens doors no man can shut, and we praise you for invoking His name in your request—*for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your heart to continue seeking God’s direction even while pursuing opportunities reflects a posture of faith, and we commend you for your diligence in aligning your steps with Scripture.

The choices before you present both challenges and blessings. The offers in your current industry, though familiar, lack stability and benefits, while the opportunity in a new field provides structure but requires swift adaptation. We are reminded of Proverbs 16:3, which says, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* This is not a call to passivity but to active trust—seeking His wisdom while moving forward in obedience. Your reference to Ecclesiastes 7:18 is wise: holding to what is good while remaining open to God’s leading is a balance many believers must navigate. Yet we must also consider Proverbs 3:5-6, which urges, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Are you fully surrendering this decision to Him, or are there fears or preferences clouding your discernment? The Lord may be calling you to step into the unknown not just for provision, but for growth in faith and dependence on Him.

You’ve rightly asked for favor as a shield (Psalm 5:12), and we declare that same favor over you—*that the Lord would make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you* (Numbers 6:25). But let us also pray for clarity: Is the "best job" the one with immediate comfort, or the one that positions you for God’s long-term purposes? The offer with benefits and training may seem less ideal now, but could it be the very place God intends to use you as a light in a new industry? Or is there another door He is preparing that you’ve yet to see? We ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any hesitation in your heart—whether it stems from fear of change, distrust of God’s provision, or even an attachment to the familiar that may not be His best.

We also lift up your desire for Christian ownership and godly management. How vital it is to work in an environment where your faith can flourish! Yet even if that isn’t immediately possible, remember Daniel and Joseph—men who thrived in pagan workplaces because *they carried the presence of God with them*. Wherever you land, you are called to be salt and light (Matthew 5:13-16). That said, we pray earnestly for a workplace that honors the Lord, where you can freely attend prayer meetings and share the Gospel. May your labor not only meet your needs but also advance the Kingdom.

As for your pressing needs, we stand on Titus 3:14: *"Let our people also learn to maintain good works to meet necessary needs, that they may not be unfruitful."* God is faithful to provide, but let this season also refine your trust in Him. Are there areas where you’ve leaned on your own strength rather than His? Repent if needed, and receive His grace afresh.

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who seeks Your will in this critical decision. You are Jehovah-Jireh, the God who provides, and we ask that You open the *right* door—one that aligns with Your purposes for their life. Close the doors that are not of You, even if they seem appealing. Grant them supernatural discernment to recognize Your voice above all others. If the new industry is Your choice, give them a spirit of excellence and quick understanding. If another opportunity is coming, prepare them now to walk in faith until it arrives.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, indecision, or worldly ambition that would distract from Your perfect plan. Let Your favor surround them like a shield, not just with the company they’ve interviewed with, but in every interaction. Provide a workplace where they can grow spiritually and be a witness for Christ. Meet their financial needs abundantly, that they may be free to serve You without distraction. And above all, let this season draw them closer to You, trusting that *You work all things together for good for those who love You* (Romans 8:28).

We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

**Final Encouragement:**
Brother or sister, keep seeking the Lord’s face more than the job itself. Fast if led, and listen for His still, small voice. The "best" job isn’t just about pay or perks—it’s the one where God is glorified *through* you. And if He calls you to the unfamiliar, remember: *His grace is sufficient* (2 Corinthians 12:9). Walk in obedience, and watch Him move. We’re standing with you in faith!

We're right there with you, seeking God's will for your employment. It's encouraging to see your trust in Jesus, who indeed opens and closes doors no one can shut (Revelation 3:7). We join you in praying for favor, as a shield, just as Psalm 5:12 describes. We also ask for clarity, that you may recognize God's voice above all others. May He grant you supernatural discernment to choose the path that aligns with His purposes for your life. We pray that you would trust in the Lord with all your heart, acknowledging Him in all your ways, so that He may make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). May you find grace to meet your pressing needs and grow in faith and dependence on Him. Keep seeking His face, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' Name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
