๐Ÿ™ God, You are Our Father and Ever Present Help, Deut 4:7, Ps 46:1, Isa 41:10 -- Thank you for the message of The LORD's ANOINTED crucified for our sins, Gal 2:20. Draw our family members whenever doors are open (and frankly they're not open enough, amen)? Bless pastors first to war against prayerlessness in our own lives and give faith to pray, seek with all our heart to hear, listen and understand, Matt 16:17, what You are speaking to each one, Jn 16:13. Grant YOUR MANIFEST HOLY PRESENCE, faith, repentance, salvation, knowledge of the forgiveness of sins and newness of life -- give vision, Prov 29:18, by The Holy Spirit. Protect them all from the evil one, John 17:15, who loves "lack of knowledge," Hos 4:6, Amos 8:11. Help them attend church, Heb 10:25, again whenever we assemble (and it ought to be often, Acts 2:42, but "the love of the world", Jn 2:15 and desires for sports, our favorite shows, fill in the blank -- tiredness because we're not in prayer. As often as they eat the bread and take the cup, 1Cor 14:26, not as seldomly or if ever get around to it, amen?

๐ŸผGrant us hunger for The Word, 1 Peter 2:2, Holy Spirit of Revelation, Eph 1:17, Flesh and Blood does not reveal Messiah, Matt 16:17, but OUR FATHER in Heaven! Father, let the Holy Spirit convict and convert, Jn 16:8, teach us all things, Jn 16:13, open minds to UNDERSTAND SCRIPTURES, Lk 24:45 -- and faith to pray and receive, Mark 11:24, (Faith comes by hearing the message preached), Rom 10:17 -- God, You will that none would perish, but all to come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, that all would be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 2 Tim 2:1-5, even all in authority, and all our households, Acts 16:31. When we ask You hear and if You hear, we have, 1 Jn5:14-14, so SEEK and SAVE the LOST, Lk 19:10, Keep them from distraction, 2 Cor 11:3, deception, Matt 24:4, temptation, Luke 11:4, deception and lies, Prov 30:8, false teachers, Tit 1:16, 2 Tim 3:5, deceivers, 2 Tim 3:13, sin, lies, fear, Zeph 3:13, 1 Cor 8:1, evil people 2 Thes 3:2, and the evil one, Rev 12:9, Matt 6:13, John 17:5, 2 Thes 3:3, thank You Phil 4:6-7, in Jesus' Name, Amen, Rev 3:14, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join you in this burden for the shepherds and the flock and we say amen to these cries for prayer, the Word, and the manifest presence of God in His church.

We hear your heart for church leaders to be men who labor in prayer and in the Word, and this is exactly what Scripture commands. We are told to preach the word, be urgent in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, and exhort with all patience and teaching, 2 Tim 4:2, and to pay attention to ourselves and to our teaching, for in doing so we will save both ourselves and those who hear us, 1 Tim 4:16. A pastor who does not pray and does not study cannot feed the people, and a people who do not hear the Word with faith cannot be saved. We pray with you for the salvation of lost pastors, for there are those who have a form of godliness but deny its power, 2 Tim 3:5, and who profess to know God but deny Him by their works, Titus 1:16. We ask God to convict and convert them, for unless the Father draws a person no one can come to Christ, John 6:44, and flesh and blood does not reveal the Messiah but our Father who is in heaven, Matt 16:17.

We agree with you for true worship and true teaching. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth, John 4:24. That worship and that truth comes only by the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in the name of Jesus to teach us all things, John 14:26, and by the anointing which we have from the Holy One, 1 John 2:20. We pray that congregations would not be deceived by false teachers and deceivers who grow worse and worse, 2 Tim 3:13, but would receive with meekness the implanted word which is able to save our souls, James 1:21, and that faith would come by hearing and hearing by the word of Christ, Rom 10:17.

We also lift up your prayer for families to be drawn to the house of God and to remain faithful there. We are exhorted not to forsake our own assembling together as the custom of some is, but to exhort one another, Heb 10:25, and the early church continued steadfastly in the apostles teaching and fellowship, in the breaking of bread and prayer, Acts 2:42. We pray against the distractions you named, the love of the world, 1 John 2:15, sports, entertainment, weariness, and the prayerlessness that makes the heart cold, and we ask God to give a hunger like newborn babies for the pure milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, and to open minds to understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45.

We join you in praying for safety and divine warning across the globe, for He will give his angels charge over you to guard you in all your ways, Psalm 91:11, and as Elisha warned the king of Israel of the plans of Syria so that he was saved more than once, 2 Kings 6:10, we ask the Lord to warn and protect His people from the evil one, John 17:15, for the Lord is faithful who will establish you and guard you from the evil one, 2 Thess 3:3. We pray for deliverance from evil men, 2 Thess 3:2, from deception, Matt 24:4, from temptation, Luke 11:4, and from the lies of the deceiver who deceives the whole world, Rev 12:9.

We thank God that He is our ever present help, Psalm 46:1, and that He is near to all who call on Him, Deut 4:7. We thank Him for the message of Christ crucified for our sins, for we have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer we who live but Christ living in us, Gal 2:20. We rejoice that God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4, and that He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9, and that to all our households this promise is offered, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, you and your household, Acts 16:31.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son by whom alone we have access to You and in whose name alone we are saved, Acts 4:12, we ask You to pour out Your Spirit upon pastors and preachers. Cause them to seek You in prayer and daily devotion, to intercede for their congregations, to study to show themselves approved, to live holy lives, to preach sound doctrine and to visit families and house churches with diligence. Draw families by Your Spirit whenever the doors are open, grant them vision where there is no vision the people cast off restraint, Prov 29:18, grant repentance and faith and the knowledge of forgiveness and newness of life. Give Your manifest holy presence among us, teach us all things and guide us into all truth, John 16:13, convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment, John 16:8, and keep us from distraction, 2 Cor 11:3, and from every false way, Prov 30:8. We ask that when we ask according to Your will You hear us, and we have the petitions we have asked of You, 1 John 5:14, and we trust You to seek and to save that which was lost, Luke 19:10. Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus with Your peace which surpasses all understanding, Phil 4:7, and let all that we do be established in Your faithful Word, for all the promises of God in Him are Yes and Amen, 2 Cor 1:20. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.

We hear how deeply you care for pastors and for families finding their way back to church. Your desire for prayerful leaders, honest teaching, and worship that is real in spirit and truth comes through so clearly, and we join you in lifting that before the Lord.

It is a heavy and beautiful burden to carry, and we want to encourage you to keep bringing it to God just as you have been, day by day. One simple way we have seen help others with a similar burden is to keep a short list of a few pastors and families by name and pray for one or two each day, and when you can, send a brief word of encouragement to a pastor who has blessed you. It lets them know they are not laboring alone.

We also hear your heart for safety and for homes to be drawn in faith. We will keep praying with you for protection, for hunger for God's word, and for the Holy Spirit's work in hearts to bring understanding and new life.

Father, we thank You for loving us and being near to help. We lift to You the pastors and families on this friend's heart. Draw each one closer to Yourself, strengthen those who preach and lead to seek You faithfully, guard them from evil, and lead homes into Your presence in worship. Give wisdom, hope and perseverance day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your earnest prayer has been heard and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace, for the fire upon the altar of intercession should never go out, neither by night nor by day.

We take up your burden for those who stand to preach and teach, that the Lord would cause His face to shine upon His sanctuary. We pray as you have asked according to 2 Timothy 4:1-5 and 1 Timothy 4:16, that pastors and preachers would be men given to prayer and to the study of the Word, sound in doctrine, watchful in all things, enduring afflictions and doing the work of an evangelist. We plead for those shepherds who are yet lost, that the Spirit of God would convict and convert them, for if there is no truth in our sinnership there is no truth to us in Christ's salvation, and we ask that they may know the truth of God's salvation which is real and permanent, found only in the crucified and risen Christ. In Him alone is salvation, His active and passive obedience being our only hope, and we pray that every minister may wholly trust himself into the hands of Christ, for there His eyes shall see God's salvation.

We join you also in praying for families and households, that the Father who alone can reveal the Messiah would draw them by His sovereign grace, according to John 6:44, and that they would not forsake the assembling of themselves together as the manner of some is, but would be found often in the house of prayer, hungering for the sincere milk of the Word. We ask for that humility which receives the engrafted Word that is able to save the soul, and for freedom to worship in Spirit and in truth, with the anointing of the Holy One who teaches us all things and opens our minds to understand the Scriptures. May the Lord give faith that comes by hearing, and a holy dissatisfaction with prayerlessness and worldliness, that love for the world and its distractions would be overcome by love for Christ.

For safety and protection we plead Psalm 91:11-12 and the mercy shown when Elisha warned Israel, that the Lord would give His angels charge over His people and warn and keep them from the snares of the evil one, from deception and false teaching and every lie. We ask that He would keep His people from the evil one as Christ prayed in John 17:15, and grant deliverance from temptation and the knowledge of the forgiveness of sins and newness of life.

Brethren, if you will pray this prayer it will be better than any preaching from it, and our only motive in joining you is that you may pray it still more. Preaching is only the stalk, but conversion, prayer and praise are the full corn in the golden ear. Let us continue to plead, Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause Thine anger toward us to cease, and Wilt Thou not revive us again that Thy people may rejoice in Thee. We seek that which is for the good of His Church which He has purchased with His own blood, believing that God's long dated bills will be punctually honored, and that when the Church is earnest and prayer becomes fervent there will be a sound of abundance of rain. May the Lord perfect His work and let His finished cry, It is finished, be the solid comfort of every believing heart until He brings His chosen from the depths to realms of everlasting day, for Jesus sake. Amen.
