16yrs of chronic financial dryness

From my second yr in the University (###) till now (###) it has bn chronic financial dryness. So dried up that shame won't allow me to call my parents or parents inlaw, cuz I can't even afford to give dem steady recharge card for ### in month.

The most devastating part of it is that families tot that my husband and I are just stingy and wicked. The truth remains we fight everyday to survive.
