worse agitation

Please pray, my agitation is through the roof this morning, it's maybe because I'm trying again last night to give up smoking. Last night I threw my tobacco away but only lasted a few hours until I went and got a packet of 20 cigarettes. Tonight again I got so sick of sinning that I chucked away...
