    Back pain, health strategies, pupils-classes, sunny happy day

    No pain in lower back, hipps or leggs. I am walking very slowly. In some positions i feel sharp pain. Pray for my ###, ###, ###. Lord show me if i should physically exercise (light exercises of stretching) or not. And putting cold bands on the lower ###. Best strategy,. Amen. Very sunny happy...

    Need to cycle on stationary bike at gym for 2 hours a day and do 1 hour stretching and flexibility training and 1 hour strength training and 1 hour strengthening neck, core and posture
