Need to cycle on stationary bike at gym for 2 hours a day and do 1 hour stretching and flexibility training and 1 hour strength training and 1 hour strengthening neck, core and posture
need to focus on stretching and flexibility to get posture and flexibility better for mobility purposes and do 1 hour full intense cardio twice a week whilst decreasing body fat and increasing strength, completing strength goals, a lot to pray for but i believe with God all things are possible...
