small face

I smashed my nose into a clear glass shop front and broke it two months ago. The shopkeeper laughed at me. Please pray my nose is healed and the bump vanishes, I have a small face and I work in media. I can’t afford surgery, it’s really upsetting me and it was all traumatic.
