repetitive thoughts

I'm reaching out for prayer because I'm feeling so low in my spirit right now. I'm in a sober living home right now and it's had its ups and downs but I know this journey is a part of my growth. Sometimes I feel joy and very quickly it goes away at times and I feel very low not understanding...

Please pray for ### and ###, we've been stuck in a nonstop loop of repetitive thoughts lately and depression/anxiety.

Please pray for me. I keep having repetitive thoughts, negative voices in my head and hallucinations. Pray that those things will go away.
