Me protected inside and out. Especially protected from noise and irritations wherever I go and whatever I am. Today and this whole month of March. No fear, anxiety, depression, etc.

No noise and chatter and cigarette smoke around the church. There is no room inside. People being peaceful and quiet. I want to hear the word. Speakers outside. Remove any people who don't belong here. No noise also from motorcycles, cars, etc.

Please no noise from my neighbours. I hear loud music from the neighbour upstairs. Peace and silence please. I have so much to do. Obligations, documentation...and he is making noise. I want to sleep and rest. He is doing that at least ### times a week. And doesn't care for our plies.
