nice boss

Please for me and my ###, to treat me equally like others I feel discouraged and upset with the job schedules I have got. I have been nagging her every time but still she is not willing to change which puts me in dilemma that I am not valued. She is a nice ### and supports and encourages us but...

I ask for a part-time job because I have two kids and their needs are big, but no one is interested in hiring me for 4 hours. I can't leave my kids alone for many hours, but no one seems to understand. Pray to find a nice boss that accepts that. Thank you. God bless you all.
