myoma anovulation ovarian cyst

I pray for the fruit of the womb before this year runs out, I want God to visit me again and bless me with a beautiful baby girl. The Lord should cancel any form of infections, PID, Myoma, anovulation, ovarian cyst, anything's that's delaying me from getting pregnant again.
