Cleans my heart and soul and prepare me for meditation the godly way, meditate only on You and Christ and the Holy Spirit, meditate without distractions or interference, meditate deeply, allow me to hear Your voice only during my meditation, enable me to focus on You only.

I request prayers that I may enjoy my life more and more, that I may get more and more deep, restorative sleep, that I may use more of my spare time doing pranayam and meditation and that I may always be chanting God's Name with love and devotion. Amen
