    Sleep, Exam, Covid Test, Moving & Stress

    I have to get an upper and lower GI exam (###, indigestion, reflux and other things). I am in shape, live on a covid free place, but need to pass a covid test before I can see a doctor. I am learning a new job and am possibly moving. I need sleep and less stress, please pray.
