hydrosalpian water accumulation

Recently I was diagnosed with Fallopian tube blockage along with hydrosalpinx (water accumulation in tube due to infection). My left Fallopian tube is completely blocked and right tube is partially blocked with infections in both the tubes. Please pray for ###, I want to conceive naturally.
