heart murmur

Please pray for my 1 year old. She has has a runny nose and a cough for about a week now. When i took her to the doctor she said she heard a heart murmur but she said it was nothing to worry about. Please pray that god just heals her in all areas. I m asking for you all to pray for my baby river...
