gastritis reflexion pain

Pain in my bones (or muscles) especially left leg and hip area. Either from yesterday's long walking and standing or because of gastritis (reflection pain from stomach acid). Also no PMS. Normal not stopped period. Probably from stress (work) or hormones. No tension or fast/heavy heart beat...
