    Night Noise - tv and fleshing lights, virus + dry nose

    Lord, it's almost 1 am.. I can hear TV from my next-door neighbour and see flashing lights from their balcony flashing through my whole apartment. Lord, I want sleep. Also, no problems with swallowing and dry nose - old virus symptoms.
